Some food was great - burgers, appetizers, kids meals; however, fries were underdone (almost raw) and there were only 2 waitresses for the entire lunch rush. They were trying their best, but service took forever and things that were forgotten never got placed at the table since there wasn't enough help for the entire dining room.
We ate dinner here today. Very good food and great service! We were early around 5. We were here during summer around 7:30 and it was very busy but food still good. I had prime rib melt husband had haddock. Delicious!! Very good prices

Stopped in while in town at the recommendation of a local. Had the BLT which was great, thick cut bacon, fresh tomato (tasted locally grown) and plenty of mayo. I also had the house made Checkers Chips with salt and vinegar seasoning. My husband had the Philly omelette and it was great too. Quiet diner, definitely a spot where locals go. Our server was friendly and service was quick.
