Very memorable birthday dinner. From the moment we stepped into the unassuming building, we were awed! The warm and welcoming greeting we received from the restaurant manager set the tone for a most enjoyable evening. The tables in the dining area were beautifully set with white linens, fresh flowers and cute lights. The large stone fireplace and raftered ceiling just added to the wonderful atmosphere. If that weren't enough, the entire window wall ahead opened onto a beautiful view of colorful trees and ducks gliding along. Our server was outstanding. She was very attentive and sweet. The drink and food menu was impressive. Everything we ordered was delicious. From cocktails and wine, a yummy crab and smoked Gouda fondue, shrimp pasta, roasted duck to a crème brûlée was spot on. We will definitely be back!

The Water's Edge was in a very quiet and beautiful location. Our table was right next to the water. We saw a Blue Heron and a couple of turtles. Our waitress was outstanding. She was there when needed and gave us quiet time to ourselves. I marked the food a4 due to sending my steak back to be cooked more. Upon return, it was delicious. My wife loved the swordfish, moist and tender. Overall a good location for a special occasion!!

What a hidden gem! We took advantage of the date night package which included one night stay and dinner. Melissa, our server was fantastic! She took great care of us. The food was well presented and delicious. We'll return for sure!

We enjoyed our dinner at The Water's Edge. The service, food and drinks were incredible. Our table was right by the windows so we enjoyed the water and seeing the fish swimming near the water's edge. We highly recommend this restaurant for a special event or just a nice night out.

Better looking inside than out. Very nice views and ambiance. Food is good if not great. Staff are friendly and attentive. However service is slow, restaurant was not busy, if it was ??♂️. Perhaps it was down to the “fine dining delay”. Not sure if that's the reason. If it is they should fine tune it with a little less lag. Especially the bar service, takes way too long.

My wife and I ordered the chef's choice with premium wine. $80 plus $50 I would NOT recommend this choice to anyone. We were not asked if we had any food allergies or specific food or spices that we cannot have. Many of the 6 courses were over spiced and too much salt! I don't believe the “premium” wines were truly premium. Our waitress was lovely. Not going back.

Vacationing in the area took a chance on Waters Edge - so happy we did. My filet mignon was delicious and my husband totally enjoyed his pork chops. Had Bibb lettuce salad for start ?. A little pricey but not for view, service and quality. Would definitely go again
We had the 6 course dinner with wine pairing. The food was good but we expected it to be better. The 2nd course took a while to come out but after much smoother. Beautiful ambience.

Great bar and restaurant atmosphere, the servers come right up to your table as soon as you sit and ask if you would like water and then take your drink order and the bread arrives. Fabolous food and dessert the Gelato is the best. A must stop while in the Poconos.

The Restaurant overlooked a large pond, which was the perfect setting. We stayed at the Memorytown cabin, so we enjoyed hanging outside after dinner. We will be back for sure!
