I've been going here for years . So in when I'm in the area. (There ain't many choices in the area) it seems to be going down hill. I'm wondering if management changed. Doesn't have the local ownership feeling now.

Stopped here with my wife and kid back in March to visit some family for spring break.
The manager on duty had to help the cashier with a new menu item, and the manager yelled and berated this young teenager Infront of my family. You are a manager, you lead by example, not by humiliating your employees Infront of paying customers.
Very unprofessional, and not we will definitely steer clear next time.

Very slow service. Only one other person in front of us and wait over 10 mins just to place order and another 10 mins to receive 2 ice cream cones. The cones were so small, the ice cream didn't even fill the cone.

If you decide you want a cool treat this summer may I suggest you go anywhere except Mount Union Dairy Queen. Stopped there this evening to get a Med mint Oreo blizzard, a Med Reeses blizzard, order of large onion rings and a coke. We were handed a large Cone we did not order. Had to have that corrected. Handed what appeared to be 2 small blizzards. For $5.39 each. The mint had no mint flavor at all. Onion rings were over cooked and for some reason. Had napkin paper stuck all through them. Total cost $19.90. Not worth it.
