Update: I got a call from manager but the owner couldn’t take 5 minutes of their day to contact meNeed to be more cautious to nut allergies. Cross contamination is real ppl. Been to the Er twice today over his Oreo blizzard he got there

Terrible service at the DQ in mt union pa. I waited for over 20 minutes for a vanilla milkshake.. that cost $5.00 and all I got was a large cup of milk.. that's the last time I go there..

This place is getting consistently better. It's definitely a step up from McDonald's and customer service is better than OIP.

Stopped here twice in past 2 weeks....CLOSED!!!! And no sign!! Not stopping any more...will either stop in Huntingdon or drive to Lewistown.. they could at least put a note on the door...
Wait times used to be bad but they’ve certainly improved. Sometimes they will mess up your order it’s typically small things. I frequent here and the food is always great!

The employees were very friendly. They seemed to be having a few problems. Not all the lights were on and someone was working on equipment behind the counter. They were out of some of the soda drinks.

The store could stay open until closing time. Rushed there from Lewistown after Google showed it was open until 10pm. Got there at 9:35. Street sign was lit. Pulled to drive-thru menu board, which was lit. As soon as I stopped the car, they turned out the light. I am sure that the people in the car behind me were peeved too. If you want to close at 9, let people know.

I received a gift card for my birthday and decided to treat the family. We placed our order, went around to pay only to be told that they don't have a gift card reader and I couldn't use it. Thankfully I had some cash. No sign....Nothing. You would think that they all would have to have a gift card reader. Poor management.
