A employee was obnoxious and after sitting in curbside #3 for 15 minutes I drove to drive thru and told them I placed a curbside order and waited 15 minutes and no one came out. They said WELL DRIVE BACK TO CURBSIDE 3 and someone will bring it out! I left! I will eat at DQ. At least they aren't being obnoxious.
I visited Sunday after Sunday school with my granddaughter...they were busy and short staffed it appeared, but the staff was friendly and was really going full tilt to fill the orders....good job
Well was a bad experience all around. We ordered food they never gave syrup, knife or fork so had wait 5 mins for that stuff that should been in tray to start with. Then 4 people were there complaining cause they ordered food at 9:45 am and at 1030 am it still wasn’t complete. I believe it the workers not the supervisor that at fault they just seem to only be there for the pay check. One girl messed up three orders for food and drinks within 10 mins.
