Incredible. the bagels are made fresh daily. The egg bagel is my favorite. The bacon egg and cheese on the egg bagel is phenomenal. The staff is friendly and the drive thru offers fast service!

I come in semi-regularly and have noticed a distinct dip in customer service and atmosphere. I don't know what changed, but it's definitely not the same.

Had a whole wheat everything bagel toasted with cream cheese ~ It was absolutely awesome !

Had a cup of “roast” Coffee, that was so overly strong that even with cream and sugar it was undrinkable… Could not stand more than a sip or two. Had to pour it out

Incredible all around! People couldn’t be nicer and the bagels are the best I’ve ever had. NYC and Philly included. And don’t get me started on the cream cheese spreads. This is the apple 😍

Normally everything is amazing. The last handful of times I visited my food was made wrong. I didn't want to complain but I have had it. Every time I ask for my receipt they act like I'm asking for their first born. I Love the bagels here but I am just over the attitude. Also why are we upcharging on bagels. No where else does this.

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered 2 bagels. Only got 1 bagel and was told my card payment didn't go thru. Gave my card again only to find 2 charges made for same purchase next day on . statement. Disappointed with missing bagel and double charge. Stopped by and they made it right. Mistakes happen. Thanks for correcting the errors.

I stopped here for the first time today and got a coffee and sausage/egg/cheese on an everything bagel. It was delicious! I liked that I paid at the first window and got my coffee so that when I drove around to the next window to wait for my sandwich I could sip on my coffee in the meantime. It's a nice way to not hold up traffic for those who are just getting a coffee. Staff was very nice, too!

Great food and great service. Sausage egg and cheese is great here. Also the lunch sandwiches are really good as well. And the service is great. All the workers have a great attitude and are always happy to serve us. My dad and I always meet here for brunch. We always get a great experience. The cashier behind the counter always recognizes us and is always very friendly. Melissa is very friendly and a huge shout out to her. Prices are also reasonable for the quality of food that you receive. Lastly, Bloomin Bagels is involved in the local community. Whether it is handing out bagels to the food drive or hosting fundraisers for the Crestwood School District, Bloomin does a fantastic job with community involvement.

FIRST TIME BEING HERE AND GOT A BLT ON A WRAP , IT WAS ABSOLUTELY LOVELY AND ENJOY IT RECOMMEND EVERYTHING ON THE MENU. FRESH HOT COFFEE AND ICE COFFEE AVAILABLE . RECOMMEND THIS PLACE 100% OVER ANY ANOTHER COFFEE PLACE
