Ordered the 2 for $6 breakfast double croissant/biscuit. Both were supposed to have bacon and sausage.
I saved one sandwich for before work the next morning.
No anticipated bacon on that sandwich...just a black hole of regret for trying burger kings breakfast. Mcdonalds never forgot the bacon that I paid for - and they have McGriddles.

The two employees when I walked in had friends visiting them and chatting at the front. I placed my order and the employees continued for several minutes chatting before walking off to prepare food. Even then, only the woman did. The man remained chatting. When my order was ready, they just threw it on the counter and yelled my number. I had to go in between the conversation that still hadn't stopped to get my food. The rude male employee looked at me and finally grabbed my cups. I asked for sauce, which he proceeded to have an attitude about and threw them in my bag.
Customer service was horrible... and the food.... old. Everything was so far from fresh.
Management really needs to step in because this is the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a Burger King. Instead of being bothered with customers, they were more interested in their visitors.

We got tomato’s on our classic wraps when we specifically said NO TOMATOES. Other than that this place pretty chill.

Great service! Stopped in for a quick bite to eat and was overjoyed with our experience. Food was hot and fresh and ready in just a couple of minutes! Michael the General Manager seemed very attentive and involved ensuring the customer experience was exceptional, which it was. Keep up the great work.

If you go here your best bet is to go inside and order in person or order on the kiosk. DO NOT use the mobile app. I never have problems with the kiosk, but the mobile app is awful. I used the mobile app for this order as it would be quicker. I got a 16pc chicken nugget WITH buffalo sauce, a double cheeseburger KETCHUP ONLY, and a large fry. I got my food and when I got home there was NO SAUCE despite having requested it on the app AND it was on the receipt. I shrugged it off and took a bite out of my burger and bit into PICKLES!! I about threw up all over. Never using the mobile app again. So beware if you use the mobile app. Your order WILL BE messed up!

Two orders in one day they messed up. First one I ordered two ham and cheese croissants. I repeated it to her both sandwiches had egg on it. I’m allergic to egg second order. I asked for a double cheeseburger no pickle I got a single cheeseburger no pickle same older lady. I am never going back to that store again for food.

I mobile ordered got the email receipt went to get the order not there no order for me so I clicked email about the order amazing customer service there before I was going to accept $5 coupon went up again to ask if they found the order she said no but there's a bag in the back as we stand there looking at each other I remember my wife's a pot head and sometimes it takes a minute

There is a girl working the day shift who hates her job and takes it out on innocent customers. You can't beach about someone not having the order number you called out. If a customer has a different number, they will answer you when you call their number. Don't carry on for 15 minutes about people who don't answer you when you call someone else's number. Go scrub toilets at Walmart, beach.

Ordered via the mobile app. Upon arrival the employees didn't know how to retrieve said order from their kiosk so they could begin preparing it, finally a fourth employee (manager) was able to make it happen.My chicken sandwich ended up being dried out and hard, barely warm as well. Sadly I wasn't able to finish it. It looked as if it was sitting in the fryer basket forever.This location needs a better effort on freshness and employee training.
