Such a great find. Bbq (chicken, ribs, brisket) as well as the sides (Cole slaw and brisket bbq beans) was delicious! Wonderful service. Highly recommend.

Amazing place, any range or spicy to sweet bbq sauce, and any option is fulfilling. A+
The first thing I want to say is any bad review I saw on here seems like it was posted by people who let their food get cold after a long drive or people who may just not like Texas style BBQ.
Everything from dine in to catering has been fantastic in my 2 experiences with Butcher Bobs. Before talking about the food, Bob's customer service and hospitality is an 11/10. He really knows what he is talking about and walks you through every step of catering your event.
The pulled pork, brisket, ribs, mac and cheese, coleslaw, beans, and corn bread are all a 10/10. If you don't like them then it is PREFERENCE, or you just don't like Texas style BBW. Quality ingredients, properly prepared food, and excellent customer service.
I will recommend dine in and catering to anyone I know. Thanks Butcher Bob!

Staff was very nice and regularly checked up on our table. Food was superrrr good and in my opinion better than mission bbq. I had the sampler and would get it again.

Got the sampler and everything was delicious! Bacon wrapped jalapeño was very good! (Not fried, loved it)

I had the sampler and the jalapeño poppers. Best thing was the poppers I highly recommend them. 2nd best was the brisket. The chicken and pulled pork was lacking salt, and smoke flavor. I recommend the chef add a high quality sea salt to the seasoning mix and add some liquid smoke for the chicken.

It was my first time here and I got take out so I didn't see any of my food until I got home I do not live close to Mt top. Im assuming the lady was the owner, I could be wrong. But when I saw they had wings as a special and she said that they are the big wings, I was thinking big and meaty, well, they are the actual wing. Mine we're way over done, burnt, I couldn't eat them, and if I would have known it was the actual wing, I wouldn't have ordered them. I sent pictures along with my review. I also had a small side of macaroni and cheese, and the coleslaw both were homemade and good. Then a half rack of ribs that looked meaty, but I couldn't get to the meat. It was surrounded by a lot of fat. You have your choice of sauce for the wings. I had a garlic BBQ sauce, and for the ribs I picked a sweet BBQ sauce. They are cooked plain. Put your own sauce on. I would rather have the ribs cooked in a sauce, but I gave it a try because I met my niece there, and she enjoyed the BBQ sandwich. I still give it another try if I was in that area again.

Small hometown restaurant in Mountain Top with personalized efficient service. We enjoyed everything we ordered. The server Amanda and cook Dave were pleasant, friendly and experienced. Took the time to chat. The smoked mac & cheese was really creamy with a slight hickory taste and the coleslaw was fresh, good portion and very satisfying. The wing special was well smoked, crisp and whole and sauces are varied and flavorful, made inhouse. Well worth the money when they can get them that is. Honey bbq was my favorite. They serve breakfast all day which is nice. We will definitely try the brisket next time.

I ordered pickup catering for a party and they were extremely nice and easy to work with. We were staying pretty far away, so I had to pickup the food a day early, but they explained how to re-heat everything, and it worked great.
We ordered a big variety of things, and everything was delicious; people kept saying it was the best brisket they had in a long time. But everything I tried was fantastic. So, awesome food and nice people :)
