Went on prime rib special night. The service was poor W E had 2 orders of the prime rib that could barely be cut with a steak knife. The manager said that yeah we’ve been getting some tough prime rib from the place they purchase from. The other meals at the table, I’m told was good. Had to search for our server for drinks, check etc. received a gift certificate for the bad prime rib. Very disappointed
The place looked nice inside. If I go there again I won’t get prime rib

Came there tonight with my wife and niece. We sat ourselves as instructed and waited 10 minutes with no service or even an acknowledgment. We got up and left because the service was horrible. A room full and one waitress on. I dont blame the waitress because she was running around trying her best. More than just one waitress staffed may be a good solution. Atmosphere there is really nice. Cozy spot but the customer service needs improvement
Nice place, only had drinks

Whet here last night for the first time, saw that they had prime rib as their special thought, I would give it a try. We walked in the place was empty. There were about 12 people out in the patio area, which was absolutely beautiful.
When I saw the lack of people in the place, I decided not to try the prime rib went with a burger and fries to be safe, which was OK because it was medium well and I asked for medium rare. Our server just threw all the place mats and menus in a pile on the table didn’t distribute them. Didn’t tell us about any specials and was not very good at her job. There was also a strong smell of propane on the deck area that we asked about twice and were told oh it just does that. It’ll be a couple years till we try it again. Maybe when they’re under new ownership.
If you’re looking for a great place to sit on the patio and have a beer this is it, do not get food or expect good service.

Had a burger that wasn't as advertised. A lot smaller than the menu presented. Pizza was good. Service was great.

This is second time here. First time we had excellent service and amazing food. We just recently went again and sat outside at the bar. Bar service was very good and the bartender was was nice, friendly and polite. Unfortunately our food was poor. We ordered a pound of peel and eat shrimp with bay seasoning. Which is priced at 18.00. We were served plain shrimp with butter and was already peeled and deveined. We informed bartender and said she would take care of it. In less than a few minutes we got the same order of shrimp back which was recooked with bay seasoning which were not peel and eat as described in menu. They were not tender at all since they were re cooked.at this point we just ate them because we did t want to make a scene. We should have had a new order of shrimp served to us, not recooked. Our second order we split a turkey club sandwich which was just as disappointing.
Such a shame since we had such a positive experience the first time and so disappointed in it the second time.

Crowded bar but the food was good. Interesting beer selection. A bit off the path but I'm sure it would be great in the summer with the patio
Took my teenage son out to the Grille tonight after a baseball game and must admit I’m a little disappointed. I ordered what was advertised as an 8 ounce Angus burger but when it came out, it was clear it was no more than a quarter pounder and it was well done instead of medium. Not only was it smaller than the bun and half as thick as I expected, but the fries were also served cold and were small little schnizlets and not breaded as advertised. Perhaps most frustrating of all was the pitcher of Kona Big Wave Ale was $21. I guess the lesson is buyer beware. I should have asked first. There are usually ~31 pitchers of beer in a half keg so that would be 650 bucks for a keg that average is about $170 retail - roughly at 400% profit margin. Our bill was $55 before tip for two people and we did not order anything superfluous or have any appetizers or desserts. Fortunate my wife and two daughters weren’t there but it’s unfordable for a family at that rate. My son got the vodka pizza and that was good, as well as his Caesar salad, but the price of the beer was outrageous and the hamburger was half sized..
Ordered apps and dinner. 45 minutes later and our salad came out. Another half hour and our dinner and apps came out together. The apps were cold. The wings were cold and soggy. We have given this place so many tries and more times than not walk away disappointed and frustrated. Oh and by the way there were only two of us and we split one dinner and two apps.
Great food, drink & atmosphere ~~ cannot wait until the patio opens!!
A diamond in the rough great food and great service
