A manger seriously needs to check on the manager on hand. The attitude of the brown haired middle aged woman was spiteful, vindictive and purposefully mean. My son and I had to circle back for our missed cheese tots and bbq sauce ( which she charges for(understandable)- she came out to our car and said “no change” this time for the bbq sauce with a snide glare.. bad food could be overlooked, not poor poor service

Whoever the petite, middle aged woman with the short white hair and glasses is could use a course in human decency. I know working fast food/coffee shops is tough, and people aren’t the kindest, but don’t be rude to people who aren’t rude to you. She referred to me to my face as the “girl on her phone” whilst shaking my drink at me. I was waiting for a few minutes in the pick up area waiting for my coffee, and she was yelling this from the cash register. The girl that took my order was extremely kind but this lady was miserable.
Am I not allowed to text while waiting for my order, especially if in the designated pick up spot? And not only that but you have my name - try using that. I didn’t leave a review based on this one experience because everyone has days, but my friend just texted me today and also had a rude experience with her. Takes one bad employee to leave a horrible taste in your mouth.

Ordered the snack bacon and they gave me regular bacon like the bacon they put on a sand which. If they didn’t have any they should’ve just said they were out instead of making me pay for old normal bacon. It was cold and covered with a thick grease. It was really gross solidified bacon grease.

Becky the one staff member is simply amazing. My daughter just loves her. She's so friendly, upbeat and spreads cheer. If I'm having a bad day, her personality alone makes it better. Best employee ever!

We ordered iced coffee for the first time here a month ago, it was more milk than coffee. Not at all good. The second time (last week), we went inside for the iced Coffee and the girl that prepared did the same thing with less coffee and way more cream. However, Amanda who was at the front looked at it and instantly gave us a new iced coffee. She was kind and professional to us and also to her colleague. Keep up your great work, Amanda.

They didn't have the apple fritters I ordered in app. But she was amazing at substituting and even recommended which doughnuts! Typical DD. Or Dounuts' haha. Great service and good food.
Dietary restrictions: Im intolerant of dairy protein. They have coconut and almond milk substitutes.
Parking: Good amount of spaces. Just watch the drive-through drivers and parking spaces when driving.

I went in yesterday for doughnuts. They were out of glazed so I told the girl I would take something else. She said she would be with me in a minute. There were 3 girls working. Not 1 looked at me , it was like I was Invisible. I waited 15minutes and finally walked out.
