I love their pizza. I get the extra large round pie with the grammas special. Their pizza is delicious but the problem with the grammas pizza is they don't have the sauce and cheese all over the pie. Its spotty in the sense where there is sauce there is no cheese there and where there is cheese there is no sauce. I ordered one time an extra large round plain pie with two of the grammas specials with extra cheese, sauce, and basil and told them to layer it by putting sauce all over the pie with cheese on top of the sauce all over with extra basil. The girl I talked to said she understood what I was asking and said she could do it. When we got it it was still spotty with hardly any extra of anything and got charged $19 for it too, with the total being over $80. I'm sorry but there was not $20 of extra anything on the two grammas pies. Pizza is great but you get way over charged for them not making the pizza the way you asked or at least not telling me they couldn't do it that way. When my husband calling about the order which was like a month later cuz of us being busy and not having the time to call they said they could only do a $6 credit, not cash refund, cuz we didn't call right away. There is an older woman who has answered the phone in the past that isn't very nice either. I will not being ordering from them again. Its not worth it honestly. No customer satisfaction from this place. I'd recommend polocks in nescopeck. Pizza is amazing and the people there are friendly and so nice with great customer satisfaction. But call ahead cuz they are so great with limited hours being a family place that you have to order ahead of time cuz of the rush to order.

Please stop letting untrained people answer your phones and run your front counter if they don’t know what they are doing . They are ruining your business . After sitting and waiting 25 mins for a Stromboli I was informed they gave it away by accident . Ok no big deal . After sitting longer we asked if they placed another one in the oven . I was Informed no and that they were “waiting for the person they gave the wrong order to bring back my order “ are you kidding ??? Umm no .. long time customer here that will not be back . Everyone has bad busy days and sometimes things get messed up totally understandable . But waiting for someone to bring back a someone’s food order to give me a cold Stromboli that someone else had … it’s just mind blowing as a business . I get things go wrong and mistakes happen but this was handled in a very gross (who wants something someone else took ) and unprofessional way . Sad I have been coming here since the orignal owners 😌

Absolutely the best pizza & pasta in Mountain Top! We have become regulars here as the food is THAT good. The dishes are huge portions and full of flavor. We have tried everything from apps, pasta, pizza, sandwiches on the menu and everything always exceeds our expectations! The staff is also always friendly. Highly recommend to stop by if you’re in the area.

Hit this place for takeout for the first time. Only two empty tables, a jampacked parking lot, says the food must be good and reasonably priced. What was most impressive was they provided just that, with a smile, on time. Great Italian meals! (Skip the pizza)

The food was okay, 5/10 at max. I ordered an Alfredo pasta with sea food and it was horrible the scallops were cut to an absurdly huge size and the sauce was cold and distasteful. The service were really nice and kind and tried helping as much as possible and one of the managers were incredibly unprofessional with the employees I could hear him yelling at his employees. I am incredibly displeased

I used their online ordering system for an XL pepperoni pizza. I was charged for the full amount of toppings, $3.50. When I get to the restaurant, the lady at the register can’t find my order by my name. Then she can’t find it by my the description of my order.
I had to pull up the order email on my phone to show her what I got. She finds my order, gets my pizza and it’s made wrong. Only half the pie had pepperoni. The other half was plain. I told the lady at the register and she showed me the receipt that had pepperoni on half. I never put that in the order and I showed her my email that didn’t have the same instructions. Also, I pointed out that I was charged for full toppings not half.
Another lady comes over and tries to bullshit me that $3.50 is the price for half toppings. I responded that I know that’s not true and that half toppings cost $2.50. This Second Lady then gets a paper menu to check the cost of toppings. After she realized I was correct she said they can put the pepperoni in the other half. I asked if that means they will have to re-cook the entire pie. She said no, they’ll grill the pepperoni and add it on the plain said.
So I wait another 2 minutes and she brings out the pie with the half grilled pepperoni. By the time I got home I had to re-cook the pepperoni but it still didn’t taste the same as if it was made with the pizza. Additionally, the pie was bland. Not much sauce and the cheese was tasteless. I’ll never order from this place again. I could’ve ordered King’s, Pizza Bella, Januzzi. But I chose this place as it was closest to where I live. What a mistake.
