There is no service period went through drive through cones.Blocking order areape. Drove around to windows.No one comes to tell you anything. If you can't find young workers close the placeyou're not alone. We lost an entire generation.

I never leave reviews, but being I worked here once, this one deserves a review. Went to get two collectible meals… the young lady opened the window never gave us a total, and then we had to ask for one. She then gave us our meal in one bag and said nothing and closed the window. It was not rush hour, there were no cars behind us. We were confused if we even had our entire meal cause nothing was said. No “Have a nice day!” “Thank you!” or “Have a good night!”. What happened to customer service? I always greeted cars with a “Hi welcome to Mt. Top McDonald’s, can I take your order?” And ended with “Have a nice night/day!” at the window .
My son loves his happy meals & Thai McDonald’s is a cut above the rest. Every single worker I’ve encountered has been genuinely sweet & pleasant, even when they are insanely busy. I also want to give a shout out to Allison who helped me find the 2 souvenir cups my boys wanted today. She didn’t have to take the extra time or effort to do this, but she did, all with a smile on her face.

0/10 they can NEVER get a single simple order correct. I’ve worked there, I’ve made mistakes-nowhere nearly as much as the people who currently work here. Worst McDonald’s location I’ve ever been to, just check the other recent views. All 1 star, would be 0 if possible. Avoid this place. Nobody wants a coupon, they want the items they paid for.

Dude.. just do better. I came through about 8:45 this evening and got a couple items. Nobody in the lobby, one car other than me in the drive thru. Tell me how my nuggets were cold and stale, my fries were clearly re-dropped instead of fresh, and my two McDoubles were missing. I don’t have time to go back because I’m picking someone up from work, but this is ridiculous. Accidents happen when places are busy or short staffed. I get that. There were people standing around doing nothing tonight, it still took like three minutes once at the window, and things were missing and wrong. There’s no excuse for that. This location has gone downhill.
