Found The Greek Shack traveling from Scranton to SC. What a great find! Food was delicious. We had a lamb gyro and a chicken gyro, also a side of the zucchini balls with tenyki. They have bottled greek tea from Greece. We had the lemon and mint. Delish! Will be back!

Stop for the souvlaki, stay for the authentic atmosphere and love poured into this food, down to the bright savory French fries!! So grateful we got to stop here on our trip home before they closed. DELISH! Best tzatziki we’ve ever had to boot! Can’t post pics bc we ate it all!!

Recently tried this Greek restaurant and I am so impressed! We got the beef/lamb gyro and loved it. The zucchini balls were phenomenal—my only regret was not ordering more of them!!! For dessert, we had the Galaktoboureko, I would describe it like a honey custard in layers of dough, which was amazing and unlike anything I’ve ever had.
Their customer service is top-notch. We ordered online, and our order was ready when I arrived. They even brought it out to me and they could not have been nicer! The inside seating area is adorable - it looks like something straight out of Mamma Mia!
I love that we have a place like this in Mountain Top. We need variety and great food here, and this place delivers. They also have several vegan options, which my sister is excited to try.
I encourage anyone to try this place! It’s definitely a hidden gem in Mountain Top.
