We found Pipers BBQ as a convent place to meet some friends. Never having been here before. It was fantastic. The service was excellent and the BBQ was very good. I forgot to take a picture it was so good. We had the brisket and the chicken with sides of baked beans, smoked fry’s, mac and cheese, sweet potato soufflé. All were delicious. My wife especially liked the soufflé as it was like a dessert. If you’re in the area stop in. They have lots of good BBQ sauces...
We are from Carlisle and love a good BBQ place, we found our new favorite BBQ restaurant. Tons of food and friendly staff. We both had a two meat platter each and it was plenty of food. People have been leaving with to go boxes. We will be back, most likely with friends or family. It is worth the drive even without a Lancaster shopping trip.
I drove an hour after seeing the food truck at an event. I wasn’t disappointed!! The restaurant is clean and very cozy. The food was delicious!! But Amy made the whole experience worth it!!! I will be making that drive again and again.
