I visit Scoops multiple times on each visit from Arizona! It's one of the places I look forward too. Customer Service is spot on. This employer clearly takes care to hire top-notch talent. Thief are friendly and ultra-efficient. The ice cream is Turkey Hill which is not gourmet or special but they do have some fun concoctions! There is a ton of patio seating and they do not offer indoor seating anymore. I've never ordered anything but ice cream from here.

The hotel staff told us about Scoops. We decided to give it a try. I tried the Teaberry flavor ice cream since I loved Teaberry chewing gum when I was a kid. It was pretty good in that it did remind me of the chewing gum. Good ice cream.

My first visit here and the food is absolutely delicious. The honey mustard chicken sandwich it is by far one of the best that I’ve ever come across. The one sad note about all of this…… I didn’t have room for ice cream?. But I couldn’t very well deduct stars for that because the sandwich was just so damn good. ???. See you next time!

This place was amazing! I can't say enough how delicious the food and ice cream were. And not only that, but the portions were huge! The place seemed like it was run by a bunch of teenagers-- no clue honestly-- but if so then they are absolutely ROCKING IT! And they were incredibly kind on top of it all, which just tied everything together!

They have some really good and unique flavors, and they are delicious.I don't think the inside seating is open anymore, but they do have a bunch of outside seating with pretty lights and decor around the outside area.Overall, great place for a nice ice cream treat! One of the best in Lancaster!
