Just placed a $65+ order for take out. Get home & order is missing $8 sandwich. I'm tired of placing orders to go or through the drive up & not having everything I ordered I'm 7 miles from this store & certainly driving back. Now I need to make up for the individual who didn't get their sandwich. I'm not buying from this store again.

Food was very good. Tried steak bites for first time. They are good too. Quiet clean lobby. Refills accessible. Though you have to ask for condiment packets. I have ate here for a while. Last time the condiments was in the lobby.

It’s funny we cant even get fresh cooked fries we get leftover sitting in the strainer obviously old just warmed up. To sum up our 40.00 dollar meals food was not even adequate. Guess it’s way too much of inconvenience for the staff to drop fresh fries in. I have been to this location a few times in the past month or so, last night on december 5th was the most recent. They have all included long wait times and the only employee who helps me is the older gentleman who works there, he takes my order, he prepares my order, he bags and hands me my order, the young girls in there scatter like rats when a customer comes in. Absolutely pathetic to see how they leave it all up to him to run the place and they just hide in the back.

I got the Big Cheesy Combo meal and the burger was "pink" in the middle .. took it up to the front as I was dining inside and the Mgr said "our burgers are cooked med well" .. I'm sorry but anything "pink" is still UNCOOKED BEEF .. same with Chicken as you can still get Food Poisoning from it .. the girl who was the Mgr Didn't EVEN OFFER TO REFUND MY MEAL which cost $12.19 and these ppl want $20+ an hour to cook food .. Next Step is to report this establishment to the Dept of Health.

Obviously understaffed and the workers were hustling to make it work.
Clean all around. Not to busy. Our order was a bit slow to come but food was served hot and fresh,a bit sloppily put together though. Employees weren't overly cordial but greeted us kindly. I wouldn't go out of my way but I'd definitely stop back if in the area again.
Vegetarian options: No vegetarian menu but I believe there's a few items that would fall in to that category.

On Saturdays, August 17th, we ordered two of the burger specials; one Chessy Bacon w/o Cheese and Sauce and a complete Duplex burger. Needless to say the order was overwhelming because the first cheesy bacon came with cheese. Upon returning to the counter, they provided another Cheesy Bacon and it had the sauce included. We could not get the cheesy duplex w/o Cheese and Sause. The Deluxe Burger had no sauce so it will be a while before we go this this particular Arby's location. Please note, this particular location is a training location for Arby employees!!!
