I will never go back to this location. I had soup for blizzards still have no clue how they got them upside down. Watched a DoorDash order that was 3 orders back go out first and I was a dine in customer. Had to leave because of the long wait and then called and all I was offered was excuses why it happened.

We use the drive through. Usually pretty quick, even on the busy days. We love the chicken tenders at DQ. We have two huge, large breed dogs so they like going for large sundaes with dog bones.

When I walked in it smelled like a fish market and I thought I was in the wrong place then the manager walked past and I realized why it smelled like that. I feel sorry for whoever us do enough to date her without a gasmask I mean seriously I could almost see the smell on her it was so bad. Never felt more sorry for a group of employees for having to deal with that.

Food wasn't bad, just barely warm burgers and cold fries. The worst part was our cashier is new and I asked for our cups. So says "oh" rubs her hand on the end of her nose as she wiped her nose, then got our glasses with the same hand. Then you have the church, God music playing non stop. Not everyone believes in that stuff, It offends us. If anything play nothing, that offends no one. Hope for a dairy queen for Everyone

We stopped to get fast food, that is good. Dairy Queen has good food if someone cares like any other fast food. We had appointments and work schedules to do. It was 1:30pm. A little busy so fries should have been hot. And the Christian music in the video is against my religion. I had to listen it it while dining in. I rather have no music.

I love Dairy Queen. Every time I go in there I am greeted with respect and kindness from the workers. These people work HARD! The staff is very personable and the food comes out fast and tastes fantastic. I really like the aesthetic of the place, they did a very good job with the visuals. Clean. Efficient. And always tasty! Highly recommend the Mount Pleasant DQ!

I won’t be coming here anymore. Food is decent, ice cream is good. Staff is even better but sad to find out they got rid of their veterans discount due to GREED!!! These men and women are the ones who keep you living in a free country!

This Dairy Queen believes the consumer doesn't know the difference between soup and a blizzard. Today was the third and final attempt at this location. Today we sat behind a car in the drive thru for almost 10 mins. Totally fine, no issues with waiting. However, when we pulled to the window our two blizzards were off to the side. So they were sitting there almost as long as we sat and waited. Our home is 1.5 miles away. We had literal cold soup when we opened the bag. As stated previously, this is the third and final time. Ridiculous behavior. We're giving our business to Suzy's from here on out.
