Skimpy on the toppings. Dairy Haus in Scottdale gives u more ice cream n more topping for the price.My strawberry sundae had 1 peice of strawberry on it.

Mt.Pleasant Dairy Queen has it all. I know they give amazing job opportunities to younger teenagers so I'm always patient with the service, but never had bad service. Always use the Dairy Queen app. You get 10 points for every dollar you spend! My son just had a birthday and we got a 10" Cake (or a choice of a blizzard cake) for FREE from our reward points! Around Easter/Lent they have good fish sandwiches, I love their new Parmigian chicken strips, and of course the PUP CUPS! ?

I ordered a cake asking for a fiesta theme and fiesta colors to go with our taco bar luncheon. This cake was amazing and the detail was more than I could have ever asked for! This decorator did an outstanding job and her talents blessed our day!

Went through drive through. The gentleman at the website was new and you could tell but he was doing a great job. Very polite, professional, and got everything we ordered.Mom and I got milkshakes and they was awesome. Her bf had a cheeseburger meal and milk shake and said it was all very good.

i got the chicken strip basket and my chicken was hard on the outside but gooey in the inside. my toast was smothered in butter every bite butter was gushing out, it was way too much. very nice staff and service though! also very clean inside.

OMG! In drive through line for 25 minutes.What are they doing in there?Slowest service ever.One person working?Where's management?Connellsville is much more efficient. Worth the trip from Scottdale. Hard to believe both are owned and operated by the same people.

We were in there for lunch today, the food was terrible. Our little ones chicken tenders were hard, the oldest daughter's chicken was undercooked and cold. My onion rings were burnt to a crisp, my triple hamburger tasted like the meat was soaked in beef broth. I also had a twist ice cream in a cup, it was all chocolate and little to no vanilla. The little one's sundaes all the fudge was on only on one side. Last but not least the tables didn't have any napkins or ketchup on the tables. Today now ever other restaurant has their condiments and napkins on the tables. The last I knew the pandemic was over so put them back on the table. Your staff needs to be a whole lot more of smiles and alot friendlier. People shouldn't be able to hear the staff talking while they're eating their meal.
