If I could give a negative I would I have always ordered at this location and never had a problem when I called to tell them what happened when I asked for the manager one gentleman said he was the manager told me to call corporate and hung up on me ! I can’t remember his name because of how outrageous I was by the customer service I received and when asked for names, nobody knew nobody’s name in the store nor could I get a real manager, cause the kid that answered the phone wasn’t the manager I’ve never in my life had that type of experience I will never go back to the store

Trash business. Needs new management and employees Ordered online Waited 20 mins, order got posted as complete and ready for pick up Went through drive up to pick it up. And got told it'll be another 20 minutes. It hasn't been started yet. Waited another 20 minutes. Still not started. Went in to get a refund. Employees didn't know what to do and they had to call someone and LEARN how to give refunds. Very unprofessional.

Ordered over $60 worth of food for pickup, it took 35 min for my food to even say it was in the oven and finally after being notified it was ready I drove the whole way there and STILL had to wait. My pizza has a total of 5 mushrooms and my Mac and cheese is not even the one that I ordered. In total took an hour for my order…. I could have sat down and eaten somewhere in half that time.
