Ever since one of the managers left the store has gone downhill. I've had bad experiences before but when I order a certain amount of munchkins I actually want what I order.

So far my favorite dunkin in the area. Their donuts and coffee are by far, and I truly mean it, better than the other area store. The best crueller I've ever had, and the ladies working were chatty and friendly while still keeping everyone moving. A managers dream!

There a girl who works morning (maybe meegan,madison?) That is always extremely friendly and helps start the day off on the right foot. Nothing better than a smile and positive attitude to start the day!!

Wanted to get the new valentines brownie batter but they didn’t have any and it was only 11 am. So I chose the cupids choice and got 6 and they were poorly iced and did not look like the advertisement. Slightly disappointed with this outcome, hoping for better next time.

The coffees from Dunkin as of late have become too much creamer and taste as if watered down on multiple occasions with different orders.
