Literal worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I was the only person in line when I got there and I waited twenty minutes to get my order taken. It took twenty seven more minutes to get my food. During my long wait I counted eleven employees, so short staffing wasn't the issue. All three sandwiches and the two small fries were cold and terrible. I ordered two sweet teas, one was unsweetened. We don't eat fast food often, but next time it'll be at another location or most likely another restaurant all together. I'd give zero stars if i could.

Waited almost 25 minutes to get through the drive-thru (Monday at 3:15 PM)! Only ordered a plain quarter pounder and drink. When I finally got to the pick up window - food still not ready. When I opened the box for the burger - took one bite - grease just squirted out everywhere (not exaggerating). Burger was also undercooked - nearly raw - ended up throwing it away. What were they doing all that time? So, after a long wait, one horrible burger, one ruined shirt with all the grease that squirted out, and being late for where I was going - it is needless to say NEVER AGAIN!!! If Yelp had minus stars - that would be my rating.

Food is rarely hot and fresh, and always seems thrown together in a hurry. But flavor and quality us decent enough for a quick lunch every once in awhile. Staff is helpful when you can actually get their attention.
Parking: Decent amount of parking, easy to pull in and back out. Online pickup order parking available.
Kid-friendliness: Small play area, good for toddlers and small children.
It takes forever to get your food and when you do it's SMOTHERED with mustard! Every single time!! I literally stopped going awhile back going here because It's all kids working there & they smothered the sandwiches with whatever talking you're asking for so that is all over the buns and throughout the paper and impossible to eat without getting all over your hands they do it on purpose everytime and think it's funny! It's been going on for 2 years now!! My friend literally just got a sandwich smothered in mustard yesterday it looked like they literally dip the sandwich in a bowl of mustard and then toss it in the paper. 🤢🤮

Whoever is at their drive thru has to be the RUDEST person I’ve ever met. After 8-10 minutes of asking for someone to take our order (hello, excuse me, etc), I figured I’d just patiently wait until they were available. Then the ladies screams and gets nasty over it like I was sitting here for no reason when she’s the one who wouldn’t acknowledge anyone. So I say sorry I did speak earlier but I understand how microphones are, I’ll say the order then she keeps cutting me off and talking over top of me. I just said forget it and pulled off and drove to New Stanton. I’ve never had someone treat me so childish in my life. Sounded like some older lady.
