this place is a complete zoo. went in there, waited 15 minutes for my order to get taken another 15-20 for my food then it was the complete wrong food. frustrated, i just asked for my money back so i could go somewhere else and the lady (short and older) was like “well where’s your receipt, i always give receipts” when in fact she walked off after taking my order before giving me one. everyone was so disorganized and arguing it was ridiculous

Absolutely horrible service the manager was incredibly rude it took 45 minutes just for them to get our food for it to be the wrong order they just threw someone else’s food in our bag none of it being anything close to what we ordered ,they never gave us our drinks. Definitely will not be returning to this location they are not worth your time or money.

Ordered and had to wait 20 minutes for a McDouble, small fry and 4 nuggets. This place needs alot more efficiency. If I would have known I would have not came here. Other people also have to wait 20-30 minutes for simple orders.

I ordered a simple chicken sandwich and they gave me a chick sandwich and it wasn’t even edible. Can literally feel your teeth going through the muscle, i frequently have issues at this McDonalds, will not be returning. I’ve sat in the drive through for almost 5 min while the other drive through lane just kept getting their orders placed.

I’ve lived in this area for almost 40 years and this McDonald’s has always been there. Service used to be on point and consistently fast, never had to wait longer than 5-8mins to go through the drive thru and get our food. In recent years (the past 4-5yrs) if you go there for lunch/dinner there is always a crazy line that moves very slow, and 85% of the time they force you to pull into the curbside spots to wait for your food even if it’s only a small order. It’s ridiculous, then you sit there in the curbside spot for a minimum of 10 mins and usually longer waiting for your food after sitting in the drive thru for 10 mins just to get through and order. This new method or “scheme” to make their drive through serve time numbers look better on paper is a bunch of BS. And it’s like they don’t care after you swipe that debit card, they got their money, they don’t care how long you have to wait after that. And half the time they mess up your order or the food seems like it has been sitting. I had my final straw with that place today after it taking 20mins just for a happy meal and a double cheeseburger, I will not be returning to this location.
Mount Pleasant McDonald’s on 8/17/2025 at 9:17pm. Waited in the drive through line for 14 minutes. My order was simple. One burger. This is how I get it when I wait patently. I tried to call and nobody ever picked up. Very disappointed. I hope this finds management.
