I placed a mobile order, I did not make any adjustments to the burrito. I'm not really sure what or who's burrito I got. It was a mess. The entire wrapper was coated in grease, cheese, sour cream like it was everywhere. It looked like someone just squeezed the entire thing. It was coming out of both ends. It wasn't even what I ordered. I usually don't complain and suck it up but I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru line. That was such a bad experience. I had it all over my hands, my face like I'm glad they gave me 2 napkins, I had to use my hoodie to wipe my hands on. It was a waste of money and my time today.

I had my fiance stop in tonight to grab me food and it was TERRIBLE. The entire order was messed up, he ordered a total of 5 things. 2 cheese quesadillas, 2 chips and cheese and a Baja blast. The only thing that was correct was the drink! The quesadillas were made wrong and they forgot my chips but gave me the cheese? Makes sense right?? That’s ridiculous!! MP Taco Bell has went downhill so bad! I’ll stick with New Stanton from now on.

I ordered 2 packs or the cinnamon twists and they were disgusting they tasted like butter they didn’t have any cinnamon or sugar on them very little very disappointing will not be buying anymore

Ordered online, paid. Got here and they said they were all out of beef. (Everything ordered included beef) we only eat the foods picked with beef. Was told to substitute it with chicken or steak. No refunds allowed, or any credit of some sort. food directly in trash, waste of money. should’ve had something online saying they were out of a certain meat smh.

Everybody calm down! 5 stars is excessive. It is fast food and a taco bell. With that said when you order it is fast, they serve the cold stuff cold and the hot stuff hot. They have serve safe certificates prominently displayed so they do know what temp lettuce and sour cream is supposed to be. It is the 1 fast food place in town that doesn't make me sick. Yes i am comparing it as fast food. There is always at least a couple people there to make the food. If you forgot to make a lunch go to the value menu for cheap eats. There is a school cafeteria vibe and there is always corn syrup based hot sauce available. Great hours and the staff is as friendly as you are. 3 stars because it is scooped and papered... sorry fam. Baja blast is in zero too planet fitness people next door so it is a fitness drink get off my back! Everyone who hasn't seen 'demolition man' wouldn't get why it has the potential for fine dining. Very clean dining room and lots of natural light gives it that extra star to sit at 4. Lighting and a rag is cheap other chains.
Parking: It's attached to a plaza sort of so lots of parking. Behind the building the access road be rough though so don't crack a rim.
