Jasmine, who decided to insert herself when I demanded my money back after waiting for 40 minutes for food, told me she hopes I choke. She also told me if I wanted my money back, I should have asked at 20 minutes instead of 40. They refused to give me my money back instead of making the food. I couldn't even eat my food because I couldn't trust it.

October 1 at about 8:30 p m I ordered a bean burrito at the drive through. At the window I was told no charge. Thinking it was a random promotion , when I got the bag said to the girl, must be my lucky day. Other employees came and looked out at me and thought it a bit odd. Started eating the burrito and I thought they put glass in it because the sensation was it crunched. Upon examining it , it was undercooked or not cooked at all rice . I felt so foolish that someone would do this to me I just left and didn’t complain. I can’t trust this location, charge or NO charge. I looked to see if I could email management first to no avail.

This place has been fine for a while but for the past 3 weeks we’ve come for food after getting off of work for a quick meal at 11 o’clock at night and the past 3 times they’ve been out of rice and not wanting to make more and when we order a LARGE nacho fry it’s only about halfway full with fries yall close at 12 make sure you have food for your customers!!

I placed a mobile order, I did not make any adjustments to the burrito. I'm not really sure what or who's burrito I got. It was a mess. The entire wrapper was coated in grease, cheese, sour cream like it was everywhere. It looked like someone just squeezed the entire thing. It was coming out of both ends. It wasn't even what I ordered. I usually don't complain and suck it up but I waited 17 minutes in the drive thru line. That was such a bad experience. I had it all over my hands, my face like I'm glad they gave me 2 napkins, I had to use my hoodie to wipe my hands on. It was a waste of money and my time today.

I had my fiance stop in tonight to grab me food and it was TERRIBLE. The entire order was messed up, he ordered a total of 5 things. 2 cheese quesadillas, 2 chips and cheese and a Baja blast. The only thing that was correct was the drink! The quesadillas were made wrong and they forgot my chips but gave me the cheese? Makes sense right?? That’s ridiculous!! MP Taco Bell has went downhill so bad! I’ll stick with New Stanton from now on.
