French fries were significantly overcooked (they were very hard and my son was unable to eat them). That said, the salad was fresh and served as a large portion for a side, and the chicken breast was cooked to perfection.
Worth the drive! I loved it, but I almost passed it. Very mom and pop / old school feel. Not much of an atmosphere honestly but the bathroom was clean. Plenty of seating at the bar, tables, booths.. even a half booth. The service was wonderful, great smiles, and the lovely lady knew her stuff. Every bite hit the spot! Juicy char grilled chicken sandwich on a wonderful bun, thin sliced corn beef Rueben, and Auntie said the mushroom swiss burger was bangin too. The fries though.....
The food was absolutely amazing! There were 4 of us and we each ordered different things. Everything was cooked perfectly. The wait time was very minimal. The waitress was very nice and did a great job. The owner was there and he came out to talk with us and see how everything was. He was a very nice guy. We will definitely be back. 10/10 recommend
