Just okay. The last two times we’ve had weird pieces in our nuggets. The staff isn’t rude but not friendly either. We usually get the biggie bags if we’re in a rush.

Food it ultra processed. The dining room/outside looks renovated but the staff isn't making any more by my experience. Chain is paying alot to stay a chain. Save your money and get only what you need to make it 'till dinner. Friendly staff. Dining room under lit for fast food and bland as hell. The frosty is held up with science i think.

My nuggets were a mess, like they were freezer burnt; all stuck tigether and mushy in the middle. When I went in to get a replacement of the nuggets the manager just sneered at me. Once i left noticed the rest of the food was not even warm, like it had been sitting for hours.

I regularly visit the Mt Pleasant, Pa store, usually after a long day of work. The employees are always kind & do their best to take care of my family. I always have a large order of 8-9 people and they always take it in stride even on a busy day. Thanks for helping me to feed my family guys, yours truly, a grateful customer and tired mom. Impatient staff, we gave them a coupon, they didn’t use it, charged us incorrectly but took the coupon anyway. It took 15 minutes to get our receipt, no apologies or recognition for the inconvenience and gave us the coupon back with attitude…and this was the MANAGER. A real shame that she was demonstrating this behavior in front of her employees.

I love Wendy's food but the one in Mt Pleasant,PA. It never fails if I order a baked potatoes with sour cream and chives with butter, they put thr chives on potatoes but don't include butter and The pack of sour cream if I catch it before I get home and tell them it's oh we don't have butter and sour cream. If they Told me that when I ordered I would have declined the baked potatoes . Don't have this problem with any other Wendys!!!
