Food and service is fantastic. Unfortunately, I cannot give this review a 5/5. I’ve been in here several times but every time that I am there is always a guy (I’m assuming it is the owner) complaining to the employees. From what I see they all go above and beyond for the customers and if there is an issue it is resolved. Not every customer is going to be satisfied but this is no way to treat your employees! As an owner not everything is on your workers. Take some responsibility.

Horrible experience all the way around. Ordered a toasted bagels and a Glazed Donut. The donut tasted like it was 3 days old The bagel had to be sent back to be toasted again my friend ordered a full breakfast ate that went to the bathroom and I still didn't have my bagel which was sitting in the window while three waitresses and stood around essentially doing nothing when the girl was asked to bring it to me she turned then turned back around to talk to her friend some more so I walked out. I would not recommend this place to a group of starving homeless people

I stopped in after my dental appointment to try their donuts! Wow!!! They were amazing!!! I will certainly be stopping in again soon!

Went there for the 1st time and was Not Disappointed! From the friendly greeting,fantastic food and quirky decor ,this place has fast become a favorite of ours! We are definitely coming back ,with more of our family! So glad to have a delight such as this ,local and True Pittsburgh hospitality! Love it !!

While I ordered from GrubHub I have to say that food was amazing soup I still don't know what Saturdays was but was delicious. The hot roast beef the best since I used to go to Ernie's up near Monroeville mall. The salad big portion for a side salad. The food was still hot n warm when delivered (yes I know not on them). But definitely will order again this month and can't wait.

If I could give them 0 stars I would, I ordered for takeout and I ordered a grilled chicken salad, and chicken tenders and fries for my mother. I was called 10 minutes after I placed my order, for them to tell me they did not have salad and I had to substitute my whole order. I substituted my order for a chicken wrap and soup that was a side. I went and picked up my order and customer service from the waitress was very poor when she seen that I was a person of color. My whole order was paid for and I drove all the way home and they didn’t even have my soup in there. I had to drive all the way back to pick up my soup and not even an apology for the inconvenience. The food was mediocre, chicken tenders were hard and the soup was cold, wasn’t even worth my time. I just want to let people of color know that if you aren’t white you ain’t right when it comes to the Fox’s Diner in munhall. People of color stay far away from Fox’s Diner
