For anyone who doesn't know this even though it says open for 24 hours they do close for a short time to change over to breakfast. I got there around 3:30am and I couldn't get served until around 4. Except for that the lady working there was very nice and very accommodating!!!

So the food was as you expect at a McDonalds. But the service was interesting to say the least. I made several orders while at this location. The first one was delivered to me at the table despite not selecting table service. This was excellent and a surprise…. 4 stars the young lady that delivered the order was on her phone while doing so. The second order when I selected table service was put in a bag on the counter and just left there until I realized it was there and ate a cold sandwich. Hoping this was a fluke I entered a third order just for a drink. Again requested table service and again it was just left on the counter and left several other patrons confused as to who the drink belonged too.

I've got no complaints for this place. It's a McDonald's, what more can you really say. I normally stop by early in the morning for breakfast. I gave 4 stars on Atmosphere because some mornings well after 6AM the dining room door is locked, even though the hours say 6AM. But that's not a huge deal. I enjoy using the app, and the in-store kiosks. The rewards app for McDonald's is more generous than most food apps.

Ordered a cheeseburger and a few other things this morning. Everything else was fine but.. seriously? Tried to call the store and straight to voicemail. My hair is white, this isn’t mine. Cashier was also rude, yelling at her employees while facing me. Thought she was yelling at me at first.

This location rarely gets your order correct so check your stuff before driving away. Also, when dining in, the employees don't seem to care and usually don't bring you your food (even when it's not busy). The employees also walk around the dining area meeting up with their friends to chit chat. Sometimes, when managers are present, they improve slightly, but not much. I have been going to this location for years based on its proximity to my house so I have a good number of visits to make this review accurate.
Raise your standards McDonalds as to the people you hire!! I get that you're not going to get top notch employees based on the nature of your business, but some accountability for when employees are sucking at what they do would go a long way!! Do better!!

They really don’t give you what you ask for. Said no lettuce on the mcchickens and they give us no mayo and lettuce. Also none of our sauces were in the bag. Mind you ordered off DoorDash. Called McDonald’s up and they hung up and disconnected the line. Bit I to my chicken nuggets started chewing and found something hard like a bone. Poor customer service.

Surprisingly, this McDonald’s was quite nice. It was clean on the inside and the cashier was very friendly. You usually don’t get this kind of service at McDonald’s but then again it was in a nice area and not in the hood.

The manager on duty Sunday 07/07 is absolutely incompetent. Retrain your management staff.
