I have once again received the worst experience of my life. They should just put another Starbucks there or anything as long as the employees there do not have a job. Every single time doesn’t matter what time it is. They are just rude, inconsiderate, and no empathy to the customers that pay their pay checks. Around 730pm on Monday night the woman at the window couldn’t care less of what I needed like ketchup salt and pepper for our meal. Even the person on the headset. You have a job that pays your bills. At least you have a job. I have been looking for one. But even I wouldn’t work there if you paid me too. They all need a restructuring of what customer service is. Doest matter what time or day. I hope this particular establishment closes soon and a Burger King could take its place

The girl working the drive thru on January 13th at 1:17 AM after the Steelers game, yelled at us before we could even talk to her and told us we needed to leave. We told her we put in a mobile order and she said “you’re going to have to cancel it or leave, I have too much delivery orders.” We said, “Okay, we have a mobile order” and she yelled again and said “I don’t know what you want me to do. You’re going to have to cancel the order or wait.” So we did what she said and canceled the order. Lost business tonight and I will never go to this McDonald’s again and I’ve contacted corporate! If you’re busy that’s one thing but be nice about it.

I got off work at around 10:30 and came to this location to order food on my way home around 10:45-11:00 p on 12/29/25 and I know it’s a later time of the day and people are a bit cranky for being up later I get that but the experience I had at this McDonald’s was absolutely terrible. I was placing a drive thru order when I asked if I can order a smoothie. The lady over the speaker rudely interrupted me saying she was not going to make a smoothie. I replied back in a nice tone saying okay no problem how about the shlushies when the lady over the speaker said “do you want the strawberry smoothie because I can make that but I won’t make a McFlurry”. I then told her what I would like in my order and she told me to come and pay at the window. I paid for my order and waited about 15-20 minutes for my food to come out. I didn’t mind the longer wait because I knew it was later in the day and they were probably understaffed. When I received my food I was told sorry for the wait and they sent me off with a smile saying have a great night. I finally got home and found a ball of food in my bag. This ball of food is part of my order. Unacceptable this place is the worst McDonald’s in the area. Not long ago I placed a mobile curbside pickup order when the same lady who I presume is the Manager on duty at the time came out with my curbside order saying this location doesn’t do curbside order past 10 o clock. If that was the case then why would the app allow me to place an order in the first place. I would recommend this lady to be either fired or relocated to another location for better training her actions and attitude is completely out of line everytime I come to this McDonald’s. Lastly I will not be ordering from this location every again.

Big Mac was lousy. No flavor , all scattered in the box. The box was covered in greasy fingerprints. Fries were hard. First time back there in about a year and it will be the last.

Severe service failure and staff misconduct. Employees were openly flipping customers off, using profane language, and behaving aggressively in the drive-thru. I placed a paid mobile order around midnight and waited approximately 25 minutes. Told items were unavailable yet, mobile order said different. My order was never provided, and I left the location without receiving any food despite full payment.

Multiple recent public reviews report food safety concerns and inappropriate food handling. Combined with what I personally observed, this raises serious concerns regarding customer safety, staff supervision, and compliance with basic operational and health standards. Franchise ownership, corporate, and appropriate oversight entities will be contacted for review.

I went here this morning and was greeted with a tacky white paper sign taped to the menu outside sorry for the inconvenience we are out of drinks like how do you run a business but you can’t get pop or tea you guys need to wise up and fix your machines

Food was decent, worker definitely ate my Mc chicken. Items missing from past 3 visits. No second patty, no fries, no mc chicken 😔

Update: they completely smushed my burgers while wrapping them. The lady in front of the drive through was very rude, seems they passed the anger on to the rest of the line as well. Was the last chance for this place 😂

Was just there ordered milkshakes with our order as they were marked as available on the app and used a reward for a mini McFlurry pulled up to the speaker and the rude lady says you’re not getting your icecream or milkshake so contact McDonald’s for a refund or something. Your workers have horrible customer service I understand that you may not serve icecream that late but why have it on the app and why be so rude about it. Not everyone know that. Hope your staff learns how to be nice to people

They didn't have my pies. So why five stars..... I gave it five stars because the manager on 10/13/25 was extremely polite and apologized for not having them. Then without having to ask she already hooked us up with apple pies and cookies instead and added some extra fries. Just good common sense solution to a minor problem. I've literally seen it go sideways at other establishments because people are nuts. Great job! Pay that woman more please.
