Noticed a lot of bad reviews and was hesitant to even order. After deciding to take a chance I ordered online. My food arrived within a reasonable amount of time and the food was great. Probably the best looking stuffed crust pizza I ever received.

This pizza hut is THE WORST! Used to be good, but has gone down the toilet! Doesn't accept coupons. Then when you pay full price for a supreme pizza, you don't get pork topping sausage and they put sauce on your pizza when you request no sauce. Only going to go to the Pleasant Hills one from now on. The employees are nice, but just let me know before I go to pick up my order that you can't make my order accordingly, so I can cancel it. And don't order delivery, because you get doordash and cold food.

It needs a negative 5 stars. My phone calls were never answered. After 30 minutes past the supposed delivery time i'm informed my order is getting delivered by doordash instead of the actual place. They spoke no english and couldn't understand the simple instruction of "leave the order at the front door". My food was cold,the ranch was busted open,the wings had no sauce. Never again with this place,i wish i saw previous reviews earlier,i never would've made this mistake.

Placing order: looked up pizza hut main street and from there hit the ☎️ (call button), 1st attempt: hung up on
2nd attempt: some static but could kinda hear "hello, hello", then disconnected
Handed my phone to my son, I walk away and hear nothing, I go back, he is now using his phone and I can tell we are no longer in the USA. Ordered dinner box $15.99.
Added cheese to breadsticks for $1.00 uncharged.
Total: $16.99 (right),
Now we add a cherry Pepsi, (never confirmed size) end of order.

Operator: that's before taxes.
I give my son $25.00 cash
I said, 17.$$ taxes idk anymore, in my mind 20+5 tip.
Delivery:
Son comes back in and says "it's $37!
I hurry not thinking give him another 20.
I think man taxes sure are high!
Food that was delivered
SMALL hand tossed 6 piece round pizza, (1 box), next box had 5 plain bread sticks 3 containers of marinara! And that was it.
I call back, trying to get to the USA, PA, Allegheny county, Munhall , main Street PIZZA HUT, to explain. (45 mins, later)
He says I can either remake it which you probably won't get for 2 hours, or a refund. I opted refund. He says give it 7-10 business days to go back to your card. Well sir I paid double for the food, tipped someone, didn't get anything correct with order and received only half of my order. So I do not want a credit, I do not want it remade. How about this, pretend you remake it and the driver pretends to put order in car for delivery and he walks up to my door and hands me my cash instead of pizza!! Anyway I am going to walk there and get my money...stay tuned
Placed an order online. It was promised for 4:08pm and did not get to my house til 5:37. When I called store to ask about delay I was told it was DoorDash problem not Pizza Hut, then hung up on me. I feel since I placed my order using Pizza Hut app it is on them to deliver as promised. Since my food sat at store so long it was cold and looked to have been dropped since toppings were off one side and stuck to box. Never again will I deal with this location.

Placed the order at 440 on line for delivery at 510 I get a call from there asking did I get my order, I told them no. He said he would remake and send it out in 15 min. I started calling at 545 no answer it just kept ringing. I then got ahold of the driver who said she was waiting for it then she would be right there. At 630 still no food and no answer at the store. I called the driver again it was a different one this time ge said he was at the store waiting I told to tell them to cancel the order. He said he could not I would have to call gruphub I said you are standing in the store just tell them to cancel it. It was canceled money put back on my card. I called Domino's got my pizza in 20 minutes the only reason for the 1 star us there is nothing lower

Called up to the store, seeing it says open, but right away gets sent to voice recording and saying the store is closed. If you're not open, stop falsely advertising that you are. It's not a big issue to most, but it's quite frustrating getting false info.

I ordered a large pizza half pepperoni half plain with a side of fries a "large" size I got a pizza with one slice missing all pepperoni and a handful of fries in a box half frozen that I paid $37 for not to mention the idiot that delivered it could not speak English if his life depended on it if he didn't have his cell phone on him. This is not what main Street Pizza is about I grew up here this is a disgrace.
Be aware do not eat from here, I ordered a kids chicken meal and my 10 year old daughter vomited ? from the undercooked chicken. Pizza Hut needs to either get professional staff that knows how to cook the food or close their establishment down. No child should be vomiting off the food you order for them. If they keep serving undercooked chicken they are going to have a lawsuit on their hands. Corporate you need to put your establishment in check.

Prolly the worse Pizza Hut delivery experience I’ve had havnt done it in years. Worse part is they don’t even have there own drivers anymore I only waited 30 mins to tho which was great but food was poorly made and they didn’t send me my 2 two liters which were 8 dollars driver was tryna get me to pay for them hardly speaks English tell me to call and get a refund there funny af lol I almost sent the food back with him total was 52 dollars so I gave him 50 even tho the 2 liters weren’t there but he tried to tel me the order was 55 at first then I called customer service and u can’t even get ahold of the store cuz they ignored my calls and since they arnt delivery drivers from Pizza Hut they don’t have bags…. To keep the food warm/hot very sad to get my food that fast and still be cold don’t order online !
