Nice people but badly processed food. It's hit it miss. The Iced Tea has so much sugar in it and very little tea, that it should be called Sugar Water Flavored Tea! The food is awful because it is HIGHLY PROCESSED WITH FATTY PIECES. THE people are nice but the food... Oh and the fish sandwich is processed fish pieces of the parts of the fish that is dark and minced. The only good thing is the fries are seasoned well and the service is fast cause there are very few customers. Don't forget the price is amazing!

Very well ran place been here several times as I travel for work and I have had very high quality of service and quality of food it wasn’t just thrown together and threw in the bag. So thank you for taking pride in your store and quality of your food and service I will be a repeat customer as long as I’m in Pittsburgh. It’s hard to find a fast food restaurant that actually takes pride on how they serve their customers.

I have yet to have a pleasant expirence at this location. Normally it is a problem with wait times. This time however we ordered the Caramel Cheescake Sundae. We repeated it three times as the person taking the order was struggling to find it. He then read it back as the caramel cheesecake sundae. Then when we receive the food and it's the funnel fries. So we immediately take it back to the window. None of the employees would listen and argued that we received the right order stating we ordered " cheese cake fries" which isn't even what they are called. They refused to correct the order and made us pay EXTRA to correct it.

Went there 4 or 5 times. My last visit was the final one. The staff is awful. We pre-ordered online and we waited at the pick-up window for almost half an hour. No one came to greet us. Our food had already been made but was sitting in bags on the counter visible from our car, along with about a dozen other bags of other people's orders. When we finally left we discovered they had only given us half our order. We called their local management branch and they refused to refund us. Terrible employees, terrible company all around. Never again.
