Just very inconvenient. Can’t walk inside so stuck sitting in your car or picking up at a window- not ideal for literally anyone who wants to eat right away and not be in their vehicle. Options are to sit in whatever weather is going on outside, or drive somewhere else- just go somewhere else- food aint worth the hassle.

This place blows and never keeps their posted hours. Was there recently with a very high profile entertainer , pulled up to the speaker and was told they'd be right with us and to look at the menu. Then a young man smoking a cigarette in the middle of the drive thru waves us away and said they were closed. He was not in uniform. The rest of the staff just laughed and ignored us as we took our business elsewhere. This was at 11pm, when the hours were posted they were open till 2am.
This is quite possibly one of the worst run businesses in the Steel Valley Area.

I was pleasantly surprised how clean this location was. Experienced fast service and the food was hot when I received it. The employees were super polite. I would highly recommend this location and look forward to going back when I travel through the area.

An employee got upset because I wanted no condiments on my burger. I preferred to put them in myself. She was refusing to give me mustard and ketchup on the side. I asked for a manager and she went to lie and said she was the manager. I began to record and she ran to the back saying she is not the manager. Video will be uploaded soon if the real manager does not contact me.

Love this place! Open late and close to home. I have never had a bad experience wether ordering for myself or while picking up DoorDash orders. Staff is always friendly, and the food is fresh. Tonight the staff went above and beyond giving our dog a treat as we picked up a DD order. Thank you again to the kind staff, keep up the great work!!!

Wouldn’t know how the food is, guy at the window wouldn’t let me order any. Boyfriend and I came at around 11:30 PM wanting to get dinner after a night out. It says here that you are open until 2 am but the guy at the window said they were closed and they could only make drinks. Looking through the window I saw like, 6 employees working on what looked like multiple orders of food. Maybe they just got busy and didn’t want to take on more food orders. Or maybe the man running the cash register is just homophobic and didn’t want to serve us 🤷♂️ Either way left very disappointed. If you close earlier than 2 AM it should say so online!
