I have yet to have a pleasant expirence at this location. Normally it is a problem with wait times. This time however we ordered the Caramel Cheescake Sundae. We repeated it three times as the person taking the order was struggling to find it. He then read it back as the caramel cheesecake sundae. Then when we receive the food and it's the funnel fries. So we immediately take it back to the window. None of the employees would listen and argued that we received the right order stating we ordered " cheese cake fries" which isn't even what they are called. They refused to correct the order and made us pay EXTRA to correct it.

Went there 4 or 5 times. My last visit was the final one. The staff is awful. We pre-ordered online and we waited at the pick-up window for almost half an hour. No one came to greet us. Our food had already been made but was sitting in bags on the counter visible from our car, along with about a dozen other bags of other people's orders. When we finally left we discovered they had only given us half our order. We called their local management branch and they refused to refund us. Terrible employees, terrible company all around. Never again.

Bad experience fries came with a lot of oil lemonade juice test like plastic. Seriously?
Absolutely my worst experience at a fast food restaurant. The women taking my order and delivering my food were both pleasant and helpful. The food was hot and good. The terrible experience comes from me, leaving the drive-through and apparently driving over a hose that was being used by a man cleaning the tables. He proceeded to yell at me and use derogatory names and vulgar profanity for running over the hose while he was working. There is absolutely no way that leaving the drive-through could I or anyone else avoid running over the hose that he dragged across the drive-through. I was mortified and extremely angry.
