Went to Drive thru on motorcycle and as we couldn't carry drinks staff wasn't forthcoming and offering any alternative in lieu of drinks for our meals.

Again... HORRIBLE. I ORDER EVERY WEEK AND I'M GOING TO STOP. I barely barely get descent food from this checkers. In munhall stay away if you don't want burnt cold food that's under the light all day don't come here. I'm a idiot that keep on ordering. Being on disability already isn't easy when you cannot cook for yourself and unfortunately have to rely on service such as delivery. But this store don't matter the hours is the luck of the draw. Im JoJo Walker and I just did a review last week. How horrible and unsatisfied I am with this particular rallys. Got nothin on Florida. The owner replys and apology contact them via web. Then tells me to call. And the guy taking my issue down says I can't leave a complaint cause I ordered through door dash. Door dash didn't cook my food. Door dash isn't the reason my food is hard as sticks. New trainers.. new management... New owners... Something need to change. But I deleted as my favorite restaurant. Y'all can have the stale food.

I Order via DoorDash at least 3 to 4 times a week. I know that much checkers is bad probably. But im about to completely stop being a fan altogether. The fries 80% of the time are overcooked and cold. Like sitting under the light for hours. The drinks stay watery. Maybe once a week ill get EXACTLY what i want. Fresh food. Other then its always cold and covercooked. Unpleasant and waste of money for Doordash as an app and tbe restaurant. To much money wasted hoping for fresh food and its not.

It's strange going through and reading all the positive reviews. THE service was great, people at the window seemed nice, smiled and were polite.The food however was awful. Maybe I just came at a bad time, however my hamburger was NOT EDIBLE. I'm not using hyperbole. The bottom of the bun was hard like plastic, it was over done and stuck to the patty, it wasn't good to eat and I didn't eat it.Maybe I'll try again because of all the good reviews,but based on my experience, this isn't it chief
