Food was decent but we felt rushed and pressured to order dessert. I understand one bad waitress cannot account for the entire staff but we felt a little uncomfortable with Sheri

Got here on a Friday night. They must be under staffed. People that ordered after us of course got served before we did. They got an appetizer and full meal beforde we got our Food. I asked the bartender to go back and check on our food and she did and she found it and brought it out to us and it was almost cold. Luke warm food.

They didn't make just 2 products in 35 minutes and made me wait in the store for 35-45 minutes.

As with most chains, I feel like the food is all the same in comparison to similar places. Their won ton tacos are the best thing on the menu though, if you ask me. And the bowls are also a great choice. Prices are a little high, but it is expensive everywhere anymore.

Food was terrible. My daughter's chicken tenders were hard and had little chicken to breading. My grilled chicken was over peppered. And my boyfriend's riblets were like leather not fall off the bone. The honey bqq sauce had absolutely no honey flavor to it. Very poor service will not be going to this Applebee's again

Worst service this is the worst Applebees they were supposed to bring my friends gift over at the end of our meal and sing happy birthday to her we paid our check and they still didn’t come over I had to go over to the front and say we finished and paid I’m trying to stall they said we will be right over after waiting for another 10 minutes they bring the gift over and say happy birthday I said you’re supposed to sing they said we think that’s enough seriously I was told you would bring the gift over and sing the girl said we don’t do that here well you should of told me that at the beginning very disappointed I was led to believe they would sing and bring the gift over manager told me they are working on hospitality work harder!!!!

Ordered 5 burgers to go. They were juicy and delicious and well cooked. Onion rings delicious. Very filling. Carry out a bit late on time given but worth the wait!

Got there at 355pm. Sat there until 415pm and didn't get acknowledged at all. Was seated by a server after standing there for a couple minutes. Had several other servers walk by us and didn't even look our way. Servers looked like they were bored and had nothing to do. After waiting 20 minutes with not even a hello we left. Don't waste your time at this Applebee's if your hungry or thirsty.

Both my partner and I come here very often and normally have a pleasant experience. We have both worked as servers and this was hands down unfortunately the worst experience we've ever had.

My minor complaints, the place wasnt very busy but we had a 15 minute wait. Then service was very slow, again when the place was pretty dead. My partner ordered the all you can eat chicken, shrimp, and riblets with fries. 10/10 dont recommend. The chicken tenders are tiny. The first serving is decent but then the next few servings are a joke.

Unfortunately our server Lilly didn't provide us with the best service, and I believe she hasn't been trained well enough to be serving on her own. From the get go, she wasnt very present and was extremely all over the place. She didn't have a pad or pen and couldn't seem to remember what we were ordering. She had barely any knowledge of the menu and was saying things very strangely. After the initial order she was gone for quite a while. We never got silverware or napkins. Multiple others were assisting in the meantime. Everytime my partner would order another serving she would stand there and laugh, and she would skip the next serving of fries. I ordered the Loaded Brew Pub Fries, which I've gotten many times before, and she kept saying the Loaded Brew Hub Fries. When I got them, there was green peppers/jalapeños, tomatoes, and onions all over them. I dont like any of that and was 99% sure they had never been there before. But I hate to complain so I painfully picked them all out. I thought the whole thing tasted off. My partner ordered a serving of tenders and she didn't ask if he wanted any sauce when it was supposed to come with two, then he asked her for honey bbq. Another server brought the tenders with buffalo and continued to say that our server messes up orders all the time because she's new and she wont write anything down. The second set of tenders he got were brought out by yet another server, the 4th outside of our server, as she showed up at the same time he goes to me oh you're the one who got queso on your pub fries, thats different, but idk about the jalapeños. I never ordered anything with queso, as I dont like applebees queso or anything in it. I ordered loaded pub fries because thats what i wanted. The last waters we were brought both had leafy green stuff in the glasses. At the end, she brought us a table kiosk thing to pay our bill. It never Loaded so she asked if she could ring us out at the computer behind us because she rang us out at the wrong table, and hadn't given us a check yet. We chose to pay in cash. I hope she is given the proper training and guidance. Writing down orders is standard and should be done. She should have been shadowed.
