Applebee's Grill + Bar

We waited 33 min. for salad. My husband said his food had no taste. Service was terrible. 33 minutes for salad. told mgr. when he visited table and nothing done. This is second time we were disappointed with restaurant.

March 15th really bad service.

Limited staff says they should not have the full restaurant open if they don't have the staff to support it.

Hour to get kids pizza.

Waiter messed eveything up.

Other Area locations are ran much better.

Took 30 minutes to get the waiter to come over so I could get a check to get out of here

Food was dry dident have much taste too it had chicken and seasoned rice chicken tasted like vinegar was horrible and the rice was dried out like it was made the other day and sat under a heat lamp won't be going back but at least the server was very polite and did a great job

Its your standard, run of the mill speed scratch kitchen. If that's what you are looking for, something quick with a bar, here's the place. Everybody pretty much knows what an applebees is. Prices are just so ridiculous now I'd rather spend the extra couple of bucks at a scratch kitchen and get a nice meal over microwaved mac'n'cheese. Only came because I had a gift card. Front of House staff are always nice every time I've been though.

No bacon on new chicken sandwich for 13.00 dollars , not impressed

Good food and service. Not always perfect but pretty good. Sometimes different things are forgotten on an order but they always make it right. We like our local Applebee’s and have been there many times.

So, for a chain restaurant, this AppleBees has good food. I’ve had everything from their appetizer platter and 2 bite tacos to there mouth watering burgers and I’ve yet to be disappointed! Their drinks are a bit pricey but, drinks usually are expensive.

Waitress was good but we were there for 2 hours. My mother was served a turkey club with burnt bread and she ask for new bread. The cook came out of kitchen flung bread on the table and ask if this suits her, Unbelievable! Will never come back here again . Terrible way to treat a customer, especially when they are in the wrong

I got a sirloin steak and although mine was fair my sisters was fatty and looked foul, I then woke up at this morning dry heaving and throwing it all up, terrible stomach pain, health department needs to make an unexpected visit.

Did a pick up of three burgers. All ordered no pink. Only one came no pink and one came almost raw. Called and was promised a refund but that went ahead and charged me.

This was the 3rd time with bad food, ordered a grilled chicken and bacon sandwich…THE CHICKEN WAS RAW!!! Will Not go back to this location, Greensburg in front of Westmoreland Mall is a 1000 times better.

Service was phenomenal. The food was hot and delivered in a timely manner. Taste was only okay, especially when compared to the cost. Four people cost $78 plus tip. Way too expensive for an Apple Bee's with just average food. This is not a knock on this Apple Bee's or the kitchen crew, its just your typical chain restaurant style food and we all felt it was way over priced for what it was. Overall it was a decent experience but my money is better spent on steaks or burgers from the butcher.
