Unfortunately, I have to edit my review to give them one star. They are constantly changing their hours and days open, and even when I make a special trip just for their coffee, they're closed for some reason or another. I have been here EIGHT times and every time, they're closed. I'm sorry, but I can't encourage anyone to go to a store that is never open.Very friendly staff and very accommodating of dietary restrictions. This place also uses only the highest quality coffee beans and has the best coffee I've ever tasted. 10/10, already recommend it to anyone and everyone I know.Dietary restrictions: Milk, egg, gluten alternatives

We come regularly to paint pottery. The staff is always very kind and accommodating. The coffee and muffins are always good, but we do miss the breakfast sandwiches they used to serve! I recommend making a reservation online if you would like to paint pottery.

Going in and actually painting was fine but trying to figure out when our items were ready to be picked up was hell. You guys should go back to calling people when their stuff is ready because everytime I call your shop, nobody answers the phone. I live kind of far from this place and don't want to drive all the way out just to be told it's not done yet. Either call people when the stuff is done or hire people who will actually answer the phone.

I am a sucker for good customer service and this place has it! It's currently snow in and I am not dressed weather appropriate because of an injury and my girls at brushes and beans had nothing but kind things to say about my clothes. They made me feel so welcome and tried to get to know me in the 3 minutes I was actually there to get my chai. Great chai tea by the way. I am definitely coming back to sip and make some pottery too! I love feeling welcomed by small businesses and this is why I will always support Brushes and Beans!

The go to spot for those that are looking to enjoy the neighborhood coffee shop feel that Murrysville has for so long lacked.

Have been to brushes and beans many times. Best coffee ever!! Also I have painted a few things and I am not very crafty however no matter how busy they are, they are very helpful and attentive, making sure I always have enough paint, and help with matching colors.Parking: Always plenty of parking

Visiting family who live nearby and I’ve been here twice in 2 days. Great coffee, delicious baked goods and cozy interior. There is plenty of indoor seating and a couple of tables outside. The staff are so incredibly friendly. I wish I lived closer. I highly recommend coming here if you’re in the Export/Delmont PA area.Parking: Business is located in a strip mall and next to a grocery store. Plenty of free parking.

I was looking for an activity to do on Friday, observed Veteran's Day. School was closed, and the veteran in our home was off of work. I randomly thought of Brushes & Beans. We called around noon, and they made us a 2:30pm reservation. We arrived a bit early so my husband and I could order coffees, and we bought a baked good for my children (ages 4 and 6). I think some might be caught off guard by the macchiato at this cafe, but they are true to Italian size and style (says the prior northern Italy resident). My husband ordered a double and had them add the bourbon caramel flavoring to it (not true to Italian style - ha!). He said he really liked it, and I enjoyed teasing him with a little "pinkies up!" call out when taking his photo. I ordered a decaf Americano (boring, I know) and also enjoyed it. Our children split a chocolate chip scone. There were a variety of muffins to choose from, croissants, and gluten-free items as well.Soon, it was time for our painting reservation. I have to say, everyone we interacted with was patient, helpful, and kind. They each seem to enjoy their job. They came around the tables often to ask if we need anything, and would bring additional paint or offer help and advice when needed. There is a nice variety of ceramics to choose from for painting as well. All in all, we very much enjoyed our visit and would certainly go back again! I was thinking it could be a fun outing for a Girl Scout troop or any kind of club or organization. You could go and paint ornaments, which are affordable and easy to do. I may have to pass that idea past our Girl Scout troop's leader. :)

Not sure if under new management. Went in yesterday and found out my favorite worker had been let go. Kid was awesome. Personable smart witty entertaining and kind. A few weeks ago we had a Party for my nephew and the kid went out of his way to do a drawing for my nephew, a Spider-Man birthday card....by hand. Where do you find a worker these days giving themselves like that. I hope the kids ok and shame on whoever made that decision.

Great date spot! Good coffee and pastries (the bagels are actually SUPER good) from Mediterra and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The lattes are a bit sweet FYI so maybe specify less syrup if you're sensitive to sweetness. They also have a really wonderful selection of colors for painting and the tables are thoughtfully prepared with brushes, clean water and paper towels.I do wish there were a few more ceramic types to choose from like planters with holes on the bottom for draining. It takes about 14-16 days for ceramics to be fired and ready for pick up.

Such a wonderful surprise to find this cafe in Murrysville. The coffee is delicious and the dark chocolate and whie chocolate covered pretzels by Spectrum Chocolate were a big hit.

I love everything about this place!! The pottery is well priced and the coffee is cheap! The staff is enthusiastic, kind, and genuine; I had such a lovely time with plenty of help and tips on how to have the best results. The coffee and pastry are delicious and the overall vibe of the space is calm and cozy. Can't recommend it enough!
