Visited around 7pm on 11/08/25. The young manager was training someone, a young man was waiting on the couple in front of me, an employee in the back was on the phone with a customer. This manager explained how to place orders for a group of 5, took the phone and politely spoke with the customer, then dealt with an ill employee leaving early, worked the drive-thru, assisted the new employee again, and made it a point to tell the ill employee to feel better and message her later with a status update. All very professional, calm and in control. Kudos to you young lady! You will be an amazing boss to many if you continue to learn, stay humble, and roll with the punches. The young man that made my special order parfait nailed it, and was very nice. Great job all, keep your chins up!

Great food. People are very friendly and helpful. Restaurant is always clean and presentable. The only thing I do not appreciate is the constant religious music. There are other radio stations available. It's ok to have beliefs, but don't shove it down other people's throat while they are eating.
Very disappointed in my experience with this Dairy Queen. I would not recommend

Great Ice Cream options! The Heath Blizzard I had was good and the customer service i received was great and quick! Clean and looks like it was just updated. Has outside seating if you wish to eat outside on the warmer nice days

I had the always delicious peanut butter parfait. My hubby had the strawberry cheesecake flurry which was equally delicious. Yes I had to have a taste of his. Easy access from the stoplight on Rt 286, and plenty of parking. Clean facility including restrooms. Friendly server.

The customer Service, mainly the manager was terrible. I rarely write bad reviews. I wish I could write a good one for this. Since we love other DQ. However I got my daughter a kids meal that comes with a small ice cream. My daughter just wanted a cup not a cone with a little chocolate fudge. I even offered to pay a difference for the extra fudge and the manager told us no. We would have to buy a whole new ice cream. Thats ridiculous. I was willing to pay a difference too. I even reiderated to be sure I understand correctly. She still said NO and just walked away. Maybe they need to hire older, more mature customer service managers. She looked no more than 21years old. Other DQ in the area have done it for us and have better CS.

I paid over $6 and got home to find it barely filled. That’s ridiculous. I didn’t even ask for a lid, but it’s clear why they just chose to put one on and hand it to me that way.
Always good. But need to train new hires to ask if you wantbsauce when you pur hase chicken strips

I ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket through the Uber Eats app. It's supposed to come with 6 pieces of chicken, 2 slices of toast, and fries. I got three slices of chicken and some fries. I'm frustrated because I used what little money I had to order this, and I received less than what I ordered. I attached the screenshot of what I ordered.
