I ordered the 6 piece chicken strip basket through the Uber Eats app. It's supposed to come with 6 pieces of chicken, 2 slices of toast, and fries. I got three slices of chicken and some fries. I'm frustrated because I used what little money I had to order this, and I received less than what I ordered. I attached the screenshot of what I ordered.

The roof was leaking in several spots. The cashier girl wasn't that friendly nor did she talk much at all. Love going to this location due to the open seating options just needs some updates done.

Cant up-charge my drink to a blizzard. Ridiculous. Workers are very kind and the service was great but the management needs to change the no up-charge rule
First visit to a DQ in about 10 years and it will be my last.. ordered a cheeseburger and fries, BF got a cheeseburger meal...both orders of fries were terrible, chewy...when I asked if they could substitute something else, I was told it would be an upcharge or they could give me new fries. Why would I want more of the same bad fries? No apologies, no customer service. $17 for two crappy burgers, with no edible fries and one drink. Never again DQ.

The two girls working up front were very kind. I didn’t appreciate that someone in management decided to loudly scold their employees in front of customers. As someone who has worked customer service and retail my whole career, I’ll tell you one thing. You think your employees are on DQ time, but you’re actually on theirs. It is THEIR time they spend making -you- money. Its to your staff that you owe human decency. If you need help, that is absolutely fine to express, but do not belittle your staff in front of me because you are frustrated. If you have time to yell at them, you have time to take them aside privately to have a conversation. How dare you casually embarrass that young woman? I don’t care if you needed help, be the adult. I’m so sorry to that young lady who’s basic human respect was disregarded. I pray you find somewhere that treats you well. What a weird customer experience to have and an example of a hostile work environment. Hate to see it.

If don and Karen were as good of owners as they act like they are, it wouldn’t take me 30 minutes to get a blizzard everytime. They sold their new Ken location and now that Dairy Queen operates smoothly. Never been there more than 5 minutes.
If I had to guess though, part of the issue is letting their creepy son run the store and not realizing he only wants to cause it keeps him in close proximity to underage girls.
