The drive thru, parking lot, and gas pumps are set up in a way that it is difficult to navigate. The get into the drive thru line, parking lot, and pumps do not leave space to navigate. Also, I ordered sweet cold foam on my drink and it was missing.

Stopped around 6:15 a.m. on 10/2/25 only 1 car in front of me and after that person ordered I pulled forward and sat there 5 minutes without even an acknowledgment on the speaker so I just left. I understand sometimes they are short handed but at least acknowledge the next person. I worked over 30 years at the same shop until recently i retired in retail at counter writing vehicle work orders and I at least acknowledged the next customer before taking keys to the shop. So I went down to the Sheetz down the road not far from this store.

Absolutely disappointed. Got a frozen coffee and it was dripping around the edges of the lid into my car. Only one napkin was given in the bag. To top it off, the drink tastes like straight milk. Never coming back to this location specifically

I need to report only 1 of the employees at this location. Cheryl. Everybody else is very nice.. but Cheryl IS NOT!!! She’s rude to the customers and when my fiance and I go in there and which she knows both of us, she refers to my fiance as “company” she’ll say oh there’s Jamie and company. I’m tired of the disrespect. Cheryl knows my fiance and she knows her name, she gives my fiance an attitude every single time we go in there which is every single day sometimes twice a day!!! I’m very unhappy and I am taking this to corporate as well! Not only is she disrespectful to my fiance but she’s disrespectful towards other customers that come In there in which I’ve witnessed myself!
Great service, one of the best Dunkin locations around. The new cotton candy donut is delicious! Drive thru was fast and all of our food was good 😋

Holy smokes this places is better than any fast food restaurant. The moment I walked in there were 15 people in line after 4 minutes they got there food and left each person took loek 20 sec and me my one was crazy they only took 30 seconds to get my full order

The worse customer service of any Dunkin Donuts we've been to from PA to Orlando Florida. Ordered my drink cold with less ice was rung in hot drink When I did get my drink wasn't made correctly at all . Hardly any whipped creme on top. Employees argued with me. People please careful when coming to this Dunkin store Actually judged me over sweater I wore.
