Phenomenal restaurant with staff to match the vibe. Everyone here is super friendly, and even the staff that are new seem to hit the mark without jeopardizing customer satisfaction. I would like to mention that I had a large party of 13 people. We did not demand to be seated together (because that would be ridiculous) but did have a specific time we would like to be seated. I had arrived an hour early to check in, and the staff were more than reasonable to accommodate us. The service we received was fast and friendly despite the obviously heavy load on the servers at the time. My table had a newer server, but he was still very skilled and accommodating. I will be returning often. I love this First Watch!

Higher end chain breakfast/brunch restaurant. The wait wasn't too long, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious. Price was a little more than expected, but the experience was worth it. Definitely recommend for a new place to have breakfast or brunch.

Ordered the biscuit and turkey sausage gravy. I have ordered in the past.Today- the eggs were not really scrambled, just thrown on a griddle and mixed up a little. At least 1/4 of the potatoes were not cooked and stayed crunchy(raw). The gravy had way too much pepper. The biscuit was thin and crunchy, not light and fluffy.I ordered pickup but if I had been in the restaurant, I would have sent it back. The coffe was good.

My wife and I stopped here on our way home from Pittsburgh mid morning on a Wednesday. I was surprised to see a wait but because we were only 2 we got seated immediately. Our waitress was fantastic and the food was amazing. It was difficult to decide since so many things sounded wonderful. A definite place to go for brunch.

The food served here is wonderful if you are able to get a seat. On our last visit we were told the wait would be 1-2hours. No food is worth that kind of wait.

We really enjoyed our experience. We've eaten at several locations, and all have been consistent. Love the coffee and multichannel bread.

Went with 2 small children and my husband on New Years Day. Couldn’t speak more highly of our server, Deborah. She was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the menu. The food was delicious (Parma hash, chorizo omelet, sausage links, fruit cup, Floridian French toast) and the purple haze juice is a must.Highly recommend visiting!Kid-friendliness: They embrace children dining in
