First time there, everything was very good. We loved the atmosphere and the service was excellent. I didn't care for my Pasta Carbonara, but that was a matter of personal taste. We all loved the appetizers and everyone else enjoyed their entrees.Second time there, last night, was a different story. The food was still very good but the server dropped the ball. I took my son, DIL and little grandson for dinner. We got an appetizer, 3 adult entrees and chicken fingers and fries for the little guy. Another server brought out the 3 adult entrees, but not the chicken fingers. We figured they might be coming although they were the quickest thing to make. After about 10 minutes, we realized it wasn't coming. It was hard to find our server bc they seem to all like to hang out in the kitchen. When I caught a glimpse of her in the kitchen, I asked her about the chicken fingers. She said she would check and came and told us that she had failed to put the order in but it would only take 4 minutes. It took over 15 minutes to get them. When they came, the rest of us were finished eating and had given the little guy some of our meals. We should have just told the server to take it back and take it off the check. Instead, we just boxed it up and took it home. The fries were coated with way too much salt. When the bill came, no apology for screwing up one of the meals and no offer to take it off the bill since we didn't get the simplest meal until the rest of our party was finished eating. Disappointing, but we will go back based upon our prior experience. Hopefully we will get a different server next time.

Extremely disappointed with our visit to Jinny's Pizza. Despite its reputation as a fantastic family dining spot, our first experience, solely for drinks, fell short in every aspect. Waiting 10 minutes for watered-down drinks with barely a hint of alcohol was bad enough, but being charged extra for a double shot we never received was the final straw. This tarnished what we hoped would be a pleasant outing. Service and drink quality were subpar, leaving us deeply dissatisfied.

Oh my gosh, the only thing I can come up with to say is WOW! Had the best meal I’ve had out in a while! Our server Lauren was just an absolute pleasure, our meals were great and OH MY GOSH the berry cheesecake chimichangas… I am a 44 year old man with a magna cum laude degree from a very good university but I lack the vocabulary to describe how amazing and awesome this desert… I told Lauren I’ve been married for 17 years and heaven forbid, something were to happen to my wife then all other women I come across will be compared against her and in that same fashion all future deserts will be measured against the berry cheesecake chimichangas!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND Ginny’s to anyone and everyone!!!
Food is so incredible, the drinks are also very incredible, best to have a reservation because they fill up quick every darn day.
