Hoss's Steak & Sea House

Good food and nice atmosphere, but everyone's drink got refilled except for mine.

My gf and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and were delighted by our waitress, ERICKA. She was so sweet and very attentive. We ordered the salad bar (10/10) and each got a meal to go. She waited to put our order in so that we could get it hot and fresh before leaving.

During our meal, she brought us over freshly made corn dip and chips after we told her we hadn't gotten to try it!! Just went above and beyond and was very kind. ❤️

The service was good and the atmosphere was fine, but the quality of the food has gone down. There were fewer selections available on the salad/bread/taco/dessert bars, some of the selections that were available were almost depleted and not refilled, and the food just wasn't as good as it used to be. It was OK, but not really worth the money in our opinion. We hadn't been to Hoss's for several years, and had talked about going back for a couple years. Having finally gone, we probably won't go back.

Food- my boyfriend and I went there for dinner and got the salad bar, everything was very good.
Service- the gentleman that attended us was very nice and attractive to our needs
Atmosphere- it was nice until we got lantern fly on our table, but I took care of it right away and informed a staff member of the situation.
I would definitely return again.

We had a large group meeting and dining there. The server was a little overwhelmed because she was by herself. Some in our group did not get silverware. The food came out as it was ready, which meant it was hot, but we all couldn't eat together.

Sorry for the crappy review but the buffet has gone down hill over the past year. Used to be one of my go-to places for lunch.

I had to say, it was nightmare first waitress brought me absolutely different meal then what I ordered then couldn't get the find her to say it was wrong food for 10 min,somebody else helped me then she comes and says sorry we will make the right dish this time then there was a piece of paper in it ,when I showed her she goes now what very rude way and says that wasn't there.They ruined my dinner night with my boys then call me liar ,why would I lie I did not even touch the food.
I will never go here.

Food at salad bar was scarce, the coleslaw was bad and actually smelled sour. I also had to pick bad lettice from my salad. Bricks next to our booth were black with dirt and grease .restaurant seems rundown and dirty. Waitress and staff were friendly. This is why there was no one there on a fri. At dinner time. Because the food isn't fresh and diner areas are dirty and run down. The tables have wear marks worn into then from plates. Time for an update and some fresh food. Very disappointed. Been a customer here for years.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but we took my mother for her birthday, and I genuinely had the worst steak of my life. I ordered the 20 oz ribeye (medium) with the salad bar. The salad bar was great, and my steak came out medium as requested, but it was the toughest and most rubbery steak. The small steak knives they provide made cutting it a challenge. I spent 33 dollars on it so I took it home and will try to use it for soup and soften up. Honestly out of all of us who ordered steak only my mother’s was fine. I expected more from a steakhouse.
