Normally I would give a higher rating since I find their subs tasty, but when you order wheat and get white, I can't accept that.

While my sandwich was being made another lady who was already eating hers, interrupted the lady making mine asking her to re-cut her sandwich. The lady making mine stopped, grabbed the other sandwich, put it on the board, cut it and then without changing her gloves finished making mine! I was so shocked I didn’t even have the chance to protest! How disgusting! That is a massive cross-contamination risk and just gross. My god people. Food handling is no joke. Figure it out.

Good food, good service, good location. But I went to get lunch 6/20/25 and there were several guys outside waiting to approach customers to sell something and it kept me from going in. I just want to get lunch, not get a sales pitch.

I am absolutely not the type of person to leave a review but this was one of the worst experiences I've had ANYWHERE. This is my first time going to this location and will be my last, I'd much rather make the 30 minute drive to Greensburg where the employees won't openly judge me for making alterations to my sandwich. I unfortunately didn't get any names but the man at the meat counter with the facial piercings and gauged ears (not an issue just an identifying feature) was excessively quiet when repeating our order, and then when we corrected him, he decided that a turkey club with less than the regular amount of meat was just too controversial and decided to judge me when I told him I liked my sandwich that way. No person in a food service job should judge anybody for their dietary preferences. As far as the employees here knew I could have been asking for changes due to medical or religious reasons, both of which are nobody's business but the person ordering the sandwich. Do better.

Poorly run store went in when store was empty on a Sunday evening. I ordered 2 subs for take out girl made 1 charged me and disappeared in back of store. I guess she expected someone else to make it. The guy on grill made other subs. She came out and made my sub and had an attitude when she gave it to me.

For the second consecutive visit I ordered big kahuna 1/2 reg 1/2 No peppers (for the wife ) get home peppers are on both . Twice this happened

I loved the energy that the young man cutting the cheese and lunch meat was giving. His smiling face and small talk made my first experience there very pleasant. He explained their process,as I was more so used to Subway. I expressed that and was jokingly told not to speak that name. All and all it was in fun and for nothing else would go back for the customer service

Called to order subs as I was traveling from Pittsburgh to johnstown, girl said she was to busy to take my order and to use online to order, I said I was driving, she still didn't take the order, I told her, either take my order or I'm driving by, she said she was sorry, for the amount of time she was taking in telling me she was too busy, she could've took my easy order of 2 original Italian subs, kids get so flustered they can't multi task. If I owned this place, I would be livid. I have 38 years in business. I would sit her down and explain, a customer is a customer, whether they walk in, drive thru, order on line, or use the old fashioned way, the telephone

Jersey Mike’s is a fan favorite for my family. Going here never disappoints. Great food with great prices. Along with that comes great service. A boy who I think said his name was Santino helped make my food and ring me out. He was super helpful and made sure I left with a smile. Definitely coming back

Store vibe: wait 5-10 minutes upon entry for 5 employees to do nothing but pretend to sort bags, take care of online orders that have nobody there to pick them up yet, and paper items while you stand there by yourself waiting to be acknowledged. There is literally one dude there who understands customer service and the fact that the point of them being there is to make you a sub and make the business money. Everybody else will ask you if you are getting a hot sub or cold sub the say, “okay someone else will do it” then proceed to walk away to do nothing instead while you wait.

I’ve given this place over 20 separate case studies and it’s the same every single time. This last and final time was genuinely comical to stand there as five employees awkwardly and anxiously avoided social interaction until who I would assume to be their manager came out and actually acknowledged me for the first time.

One of the most bizarre experiences I’ve had at a Jersey Mikes. I walked into an empty restaurant today and ordered two cheesesteaks. 8-10 minutes passed before any of the workers put the meat on the grill and there was 3 frontline servers.

PSA: Don't use the mobile order system unless you have all the time in the world to wait. Myself and one or two other people had notified the cashier that we were there to pick up our orders (there were only two people who came through the line. No exaggeration). She was friendly but said it might be a bit since it wasn't our "ASAP" order time... How about make the food that people ordered and are there waiting for when you aren't busy instead of making them wait 25+ minutes like myself and the poor woman who was still there when I left?? Staff seems nice enough and food was good. Disappointed in the service. I'm sure it was the way they were trained, so can't blame them.
