Table was dirty, cashier was not very friendly or informative about the subs. We came in to sit down and warm up and it was freezing. Never again.

Ordered 2 chicken wraps for workers at window tipped $2 bucks and received 2 horrible hoagies instead. The place wasn’t busy. I will not return. The crappy food was $28 plus the tip of $2 $30 bucks. Jimmy John’s Sucks!!!

This place is flat out awful. The floors are dirty, there is religious decor everywhere and I sat there reading a sign of "how to be a man," at a table that had god written on it and a sandwich that had less than a half ounce of meat on the whole thing. I wouldn't even take my ex here to eat. Garbage food. Garbage location. Garbage decor.

My food is messed up way more then they get it right and tonight they gave my order to someone else. They had the same first name. I get mistakes happen and they did make me fresh sandwiches. It just defeated the purpose of having a time for pick up.

Used to frequent this location. A few weeks ago I, stopped and bread was rock hard. Last week, I stopped and waited almost 20 min in the drive thru to have my order taken. Today, I had to announce myself in the drive thru after waiting over 5 min and was told they were out of bread for regular subs and could only make wraps and Little John’s subs.

Grace everything

I am a truck driver. Can't pull into their location so I pulled across the street at Market district to have them delivery it. I placed an order. I called told them I wanted a dr pepper instead of a coke the lady said oh well we aren't delivering. What the Fk is it to have a jimmy johns place that won't deliver especially across the street. I'd give no stars to this place and will be contacting corporate regarding this issue. I've wasted 2 hours of my day just to get down here to get a jimmy johns and now that time and hunger was wasted. I'm not even hungry anymore after this BS.

Closed at 4pm today but didn't shut off online ordering. Drove 20 miles because its my daughter's favorite and thats the closest JJ to my home to pick up my order only to find they closed due to staffing. The manager and owner should be ashamed of themselves.

Waited over 20 mins for three subs and we were the only ones in the facility. After getting our subs two of the sub breads were rock hard and you couldn’t even bite into it! When asking for a new sub to be made the front counter associate had a huge attitude as well as the associate making the subs and she stated I guess I can. Customer service was very poor. Associates were talking about customers on there head sets. The front associate carried food with no gloves on and held the food against her dirty apron. This is not someone I would recommend and will not EVER eat here again!

Horrible service. Went inside because of a long line at the drive through. Ordered a sub combo and waited 10 minutes while they were serving the drive through. I asked what was taking them so long to make my sandwich and the employee said that he makes the sandwiches in the order that they were taken and there is a lot of people before me waiting in the drive through that ordered before me . I told him that is why I came inside to get quicker service and that’s ridiculous that people inside have to wait until all the people in the drive through gets served first. The manager stated “that’s how it works here“. It took another 6 minutes to get my food. 16 minutes is not Freaky Fast! Poor management. When I go to the grocery store, I don’t have to wait until all the people in the adjacent lanes get checked out before I get checked out. And yes, I did complain on JJ’s site and got a generic “we will forward your complaint to the owner” message. It’s been weeks now and I go no response. So quit telling people to file a complaint on JJ’s website because you only tell people that you will forward the complaint to the owner or to call the store directly. This only proves that the owner and corporate both don’t care about their customers.

First waited for 5 minutes at the drive thru. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes at the window. Then I didn’t even get the sandwich I ordered. I got a tortilla with almost nothing in it!! I ordered a number 9 an Italian. Not a half filled chicken wrap. Terrible workers, and even worse management. Will never be back even if my meal was free. Awful from start to finish.
