First waited for 5 minutes at the drive thru. Then proceeded to wait another 20 minutes at the window. Then I didn’t even get the sandwich I ordered. I got a tortilla with almost nothing in it!! I ordered a number 9 an Italian. Not a half filled chicken wrap. Terrible workers, and even worse management. Will never be back even if my meal was free. Awful from start to finish.

Not sure what happened with this location but over the last year it's gone down hill when it comes to accurately preparing orders. The last two times we ordered through the app, and we got 3 subs: little John (just salami and cheese), turkey Tom(no onions), and Jimmy Cubano with onions, hot peppers, and extra meat - well I get home and the Jimmy cubano didn't have any of that and was still charged for the extra meat. Ok - fine no worries it happens. A few months later we order from the app again - same order listed before. This time the Turkey Tom comes with onions and the Jimmy Cubano came with no peppers. Ok so that was it, I wasn't going to order from the app anymore.Fast forward to tonight. We go in and look at the staff member directly in the face and tell him our order: Little John of JUST salami and cheese, turkey Tom, and Tuna with Jimmy peppers, onions, and pickles. We get home and the little John has salami, capocollo, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, oregano basil, and oil and vinegar. My Tuna didn't have 2 of the 3 extras I ordered, which were no Jimmy peppers and onions. I have to give my 5 year old credit because after we removed all the ingredients he didn't want to eat, he ate half of it. Will never order from this location ever again. The only Jimmy John's that has been consistent is the one in Oakland. If you want your order to be accurate and get your money's worth go to other JJ locations or stop by Jersey Mike's just a little bit further down the road.

I normally don't write reviews for fast food or fast casual places but I like to acknowledge good service when I get it. The staff at the Jimmy John's in Murrysville does an excellent job. Every time I place an order there it's always on time and made correctly. Also the rewards there are great. This hoagie was FREE! I love the Italian night club. One of my favorite hoagies anywhere.Keep up the good work Murrysville Jimmy John's!

The place is clean. The employees are nice. The food is horrible. If you want a cold sub, go to Subway. If you want a hot sub, go to Jersey Mike's. Don't ever go to Jimmy Johns unless you want to feel sick to your stomach. I had the Italian hoagie and their premium pasta salad side (which didn't taste premium) for my lunch. The blue Powerade was my favorite part of my meal.

The Murrysville, PA location is freaky slow. Today they don't have bread, two months ago, I paid for my food at the drive through while I waited 20 minutes for food. I sat there and watched them make probably over 100 subs while completely ignoring the drive through. Today, no bread, and it's already been 15 minutes waiting for a chicken wrap. I'm done, which stinks, used to love this place.

Never have posted a negative review about any establishment, but Jimmy John’s went above and beyond to deserve this one. We ordered with one car ahead of us in the drive thru and almost immediately were paying at the window. After paying I could see they were working on a catering order and nothing else. They proceed to fill 3 large boxes of subs corder ignoring us. At one point somewhere between 10-20 minutes the young employee asked if I had already paid, so I became optimistic that our food was going to be completed. At this point this employee joined the other two in making subs for the catering order, not ours. The line was growing behind us and at no point were we told of the situation. I eventually got their attention through honking and knocking on the window and he explained they needed to fill this order before they could do ours. I drove off without our food as we were already late for a kids sporting event, approximately 30 minutes after placing our order. I called to complain on the way down the road and was told I could talk to their manager but would have to call back later. I did and was told I was credited and that the person waiting for the catering was inside waiting for it so they had to finish it. I imagine that customer has a story to tell of their own. This place cycles through employees and currently have a nice group of clowns operating it.

I've been to this location numerous times and have never had a disappointing experience! The workers are all so lovely and quick to whip me up a delicious sub. (My personal fav is the gargantuan) The food is always on par and the ingredients fresh. I look forward to my weekly journey to Jimmy John's every week! I'm especially keen on two of the workers there. A blonde girl names Alexis and a handsome young man named Carson. Those two are absolute gems. I wish I could give this store a higher rating!

Best Jimmy John's u will find excellent food and the employees always go above and beyond. I will be back to this location! This store is managed so lovely that Taylor is a lovely girl.
