Did an online order scheduled at 5pm. Ordered at 4:20pm. Ordered original and extra crispy, upon getting home and opening the buckets we discovered all the chicken was old, hard, and dry. Brown gravy was watery, potato wedges were overcooked and old (looked dehydrated). We were all very disappointed.

Want there around dinner time the guy was rude said the chicken wouldn't be ready for 25 minutes and he couldn't take my order for 20 minutes I was in the drive thru $10 Tuesday what a laugh

Planned on eating at the restaurant and walked in on what sounded like employee drama overlooked it and let it go. Ordered a 25 dollar chicken and waffle box and a medium drink. Got no sauces only the 2 small syrups for the waffles and I thought it was supposed to come with big cups of sauces. Went up to ask for the sauce cups and got two tiny foil pull back sauces and I asked for extra ketchup and got 4 ketchup packets. I've worked in food before for several years if a customer orders a large fry I'd give a decent amount of ketchup. I'm trying to get enough ketchup for my chicken my fries and my nuggets and I get 4 measly packets of ketchup. I will happily go any where else next time or drive 30 minutes out of the way to go to another kfc.
When we arrived there was maybe 6 customers in the building the gentleman that was taking orders was very rude and disrespectful to not only the customers but the other employees as well. Was literally screaming and bad mouthing the employee in front of the customers! Me and my clients had a horrible experience on top of waiting 20 mins before even ordering.
