This is a pricey version of mexican food. I call it Fru-Fru mexican. The restaurant atmosphere is very nice and the service adequate. Food is above average. However, if you want good mexican at a better price, travel a few miles east to Picante. It is a much better value.

Coming from Southern California I should know what real Mexican food taste like. It was my first time there so I can't really rate it they way I want to, but the menu looked authentic. I tried the wet burrito which was pretty good. I had the chips (home made great) and queso salsa which was ok. I was talking to the waiter about adding certain Mexican soups to the menu this winter also to add Pico de Gallo salsa. Will I try this place again yes. I also noticed it was constantly...

Madero is an excellent authentic Mexican Restaurant. The food & service are great, portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. It’s our go to Mexican Restaurant in Murrysville!!!
