Everyone from the food preps to the cashier were great. Attitudes were nothing short of amazing and friendly. And to the new guy that rolled 10 pounds of shit into a 3 pound tortilla, great job!

I ordered through Uber Eats and got a quarter filled quesadilla, a half filled quesadilla (that i ordered extra meat on), and a salad that barely fills the bowl with no meat. This is unacceptable.

Good food but the service/checkout experience is uncomfortable as payment terminal assumes you will elect a 15% minimum tip on quick service/takeout order and seems to purposely make it difficult to elect no tip. The service wasn’t bad, but definitely not exceptional enough to warrant a tip simply for quick/counter service. Although I did enjoy my food, I’ll likely not return as I do not like the feeling of being obligated to tip for ordering off the set menu at the counter.

Had an online order, this was my “bowl.” Not a single bite taken out of this or anything. This is genuinely what they thought was acceptable to serve.

my burrito literally only had beef??? just beef.
The lady gave me a very small portion of chicken and halfway through my burrito there wasn’t any chicken left and by the time i sat down my food was cold and not enjoyable i wish i could get a refund

This location has horrible service for online orders. Multiple employees will stand around bored while you stand there waiting. After standing there for 20 minutes, they only started making my food after I asked to cancel the order. If you order online, good luck

I love Moe's; I love the consistency; I love the service; I love the food. But sadly, THIS Moe's didn't get my business.
After standing in line for over 15 minutes without moving an inch, I had to leave to get back to work; I only had 45 minutes. This was by far the slowest moving bunch of employees I've seen in a long time, not one smile across the 3 of them, no "Welcome to Moe's!", no speed, no care. They weren't busy with online orders or to-go orders (you can see the screens they work from); they were doing one order at a time and moving at a snail's pace. Do not go here for lunch if you have limited time!
Just as good as always great chain restaurant that feels not like a chain restaurant. Super great service and great food.
