First and last visit. Food was terrible. The service was subpar. Employees running (yes running) around yelling that they sold another… something? Whatever they were told to push that day. Heard the f-bomb dropped multiple times by employees in the hall by the kitchen. FYI sound echos through the dining room people! Definitely not NPL anymore. Sad.

We had the best dinner at Dee Jay’s yesterday! We heard amazing things about their ribs so we decided to give it a try and it didn’t disappoint! The ribs were soo tender and delish! Some of our favorite things on the menu were the BBQ ribs, s’mores martini, homemade French onion dip, and the grilled chicken strawberry salad!!!! The service was amazing and the employees were so friendly. We will definitely be back!

It’s clear that Dee Jay’s truly puts their customers first. The food is excellent, and the service is just as impressive. From the hostess and servers to the GM, everyone is welcoming and friendly (and I’m sure the kitchen staff are just as great!). If you’re a soup lover, do yourself a favor and try the French onion soup!

Hubby and I had been to Dee Jay's several times and was always satisfied and happy with the quality of the food. We suggested dinner out with friends, six of us. Salmon with rice was on the menu, at 5 pm, there was no rice. The waitress wasn't aware, possibly the kitchen staff didn't tell the server. The roast beef had large fatty lumps. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Ribs were excellent.

What I find is, it depends on who the chef/cooks are as to the quality of the dish. Hubby noted had he tried the weck for the first time, he would never have it again. We like DeeJay's, the quality of food just needs to be more consistent.
We love the fries and spin dip.

We recently went to Dee Jay’s Lounge in Murrysville for their happy hour! This is in the old North Park Lounge location. Everything was delicious, the service was great, and they have lots of seating and tv’s for game day! Our favorites were the house made sauces, skillet cornbread, mozzarella sticks, and drinks!

I’d probably land around 3.5 stars if Google let me, but I’m rounding to 4 here. I’ve been curious about Dee Jay’s for a while, so when I was invited by Run Relay it felt like a good chance to finally check it out.

They’ve got your typical American menu, and the ribs are clearly their pride. They even offer samples, which my family really enjoyed. With plenty of TVs and lots of seating, it works well as a spot to catch a game with a group.

Service ended up being the highlight. Our server was attentive and helpful the whole time.

They only have ONE bartender during a Steelers game. If there happen to be two people behind the bar, the second person serves the tables around the bar area. It seems that Dee Jay's is more focused on making a couple of pennies by short staffing the bar during these games than they are about serving all of their customers.

It took 50 minutes to get our food. Our waitress spent most of her time chatting with the people behind us. Food isn't nearly as good as when it was NPL. Won't be going back.

This place is amazing! We went to sit in the patio, but didn’t like it. So we asked the worker if we can change seats, and he was very ok with it. The food was top notch, service was amazing, and the atmosphere was super relaxed! A perfect 5 stars!

I was there and the manager made the server pay for a customer who didn’t pay their bill all the way. This ruined the meal for me as that’s wrong. It’s also illegal under Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). Will be reporting and sadly won’t be coming back. It was a great place for me to bring groups and clients. A bummer for sure.

The service was great! The food was yummy. The only thing that was a bit disappointing, the live music was too loud. The music was great, it was just too loud. You couldn't hear the person next to you.
