This visit was a little less of a great experience like the many other times I have been here. The food was a little slow, getting to our table and arrived luke warm. Waited 20 minutes for a refill of my diet coke as I watched our waitress/ bar tender have a full-on conversation with patrons at the bar. The check came delayed as well, but I am chalking it up to having the bar tender as our waitress ?

Overall, great experience. Food quality was good, service was fast, lively but not too noisy environment.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Great menu options and crayons and coloring pages to keep them busy.
The food was good and so was the service, but there was a 3.5% "restaurant service charge" applied to our bill. It didn't say anything about it being to offset credit card fees. Or indicate the fee could be avoided by paying cash. It is simply padding the bill. This is really unacceptable, and makes me reluctant to return.

Overall a very good experience with no complaints. Highly recommended the Texan burger, will def re visit to try other things.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking is not great at this location as it's a plaza type layout. Big door to enter though.
