Panera gets a lot of our business as the food is fresh, particularly the bakery products and the bread used in the sandwiches. This is a typical Panera, found as one leaves Pittsburgh on US 22 and we think it's a better choice than the other chain options.

They just made the food/drinks however they wanted not according to what I asked for in the app. Everything was different make sure you double check your order before you leave. It was one of the worst Paneras I have been to as far as the food goes.

I shared a general concern regarding the misunderstanding and discrimination of older people who don't understand technology and apps and this manager immediately was abusive and hung up on me. I will follow through intensely with Panerai customer care until this manager apologies to me.
