Don't usually like to eat at chains, but I am a repeat customer here when in the area. Good, fresh, Italian meats and a lot of it. Potential toppings are plentiful, and you can make your sub genuinely spicy if you're into that. Staff have always been nice with me. A little pricy though, so I only eat there on the discount days.

I liked this spot the other day, so I stopped by again today for a repeat visit. Apparently there had been an issue with my card declining, which the cashier promptly yelled to me from across the store. I offered cash and to remedy the issue, but this wasn't satisfactory enough to the worker, who continued to yell at me across the store about the payment issue from my prior visit.
At this point I told her she could keep the sandwich I had just paid for and promptly left without repeating my business. I guess yelling at me for her own mistakes was more important to her, because why was I allowed to leave with my sandwich the first visit if the card declined?
Obviously, if I came back I wasn't trying to stiff anyone. Why you'd chase good customers away when no one else is there is beyond me.

Ordered catering for my son’s graduation. We got the deluxe tray for 20 people. Also did sides, potato salad and coleslaw. Everyone loved it! They go above and beyond with their packaging. All condiments and toppings on the side so people could customize and sandwiches were not soggy. I would highly recommend using them for your next event.

Ordered the Philly steak with wizz, grilled onions, sweet and hot peppers. Amazing... best Philly steak I've had in this area. Ordered the dirt pie pudding as well, highly recommend trying that as too.

We got a hoagie platter and macaroni salad for a party and our guests loved it. Everything was presented and packaged so well and the food was fresh and delicious. We had some modifications and everything was perfect. Thank you for everything! We will be back!

I usually go in and pick up doordashes here so we decided to try it. Very good food! Fresh and the service is very kind and welcoming! We ordered and Italian hoagie and a buffalo one. Amazing! We also bought a pickle and the potato salad and the motzerella cheese balls, so good! Will return!
Sandwiches were good. High quality fresh cut meats. The seeded buns were a little too hard on the outside and the pickles were mushy. Prices are a little steep. Three 9 inch hoages and 2 halves of a pickle for $48.

The food arrived timely and still hot and was outstanding. Typically when we order out it's cold and nasty. Not Primo, it was like we just got our food order if we were there when it came out of the oven. Also, love the option that I could substitute the hoagie bun for a wrap instead with no hassle. Highly recommend this place.

Ordered two hoagies at order counter, moved two feet to the pickup counter. 3 customers ordered and received their order, I said het where’s my order. They said oh it’s over next to the cash register. I waited 10 minutes for this over priced garbage. Again there was no one there but me and 3 workers. I will never return!
