Barists was rude. I apologized for placing a last second mobile order, I just do it for the stars and wasn't planning on stopping and she got an attitude saying I needed to place it 5-7 minutes before so it's ready. I didn't say it needed to be ready and could obviously wait. Don't appreciate the attitude with my overpriced coffee.

The girl at the register I believe her name is Alex at least that’s what was on her apron is such an asset. She is the sweetest happiest employee I have ever seen anywhere. Best service I’ve ever had and I’m in the food industry.

Coffee is usually made exactly to my liking, although at times its not as full as other starbucks make it- but im a nurse i rush in the morning by nature sometimes i forget to order my coffee ahead early enough but instead of being told in the drive through they decided to write a long paragraph that i now have ti walk around work with- i find it unprofessional to say the least. Regardless of when i place my order ahead order is irrelevant tbh just make the coffee when u can its not like i rush anyone
Honestly, I have no complaints about this Starbucks at all. All the baristas you can tell put a lot of care in their work. The general manager of this store I believe his name is Cody is one of the sweetest people in the world and you can see that with how his baristas are. The only complaint I have is some of the customers in their disgusting Republican conservative apparel. Pride flag should be up all year round period! Thank you for the amazing service that you continue to give!

Unbelievably loud, so much so the barista couldn’t hear me and I had to yell. Then the other barista slid my drink along the counter and it hit a corner and spilled all down the side: she did nothing and just stared at me. I cleaned it all up and couldn’t even get a new sleeve. And another drink was just matcha overkill. Turn the music down and hire competent people.

Flies everywhere, same usual overpriced Starbucks drinks and food. Service was excellent, but the sheer amount of flies made staying here longer than 5 minutes extremely irritating.
