Got a gift card for Dunkin' so I went. Pull up to the drive thru window, looks like only one employee. All the sandwich item containers were out on the counter in plain view. Everything is pre-made and microwaved. No hand washing between taking money and making food. Bagel was rubber, hash rounds tasted like deep fried styrofoam and of course plain black coffee tastes like hot dirt. The place is just a big vending machine of garbage. WILL NOT be returning

If you want to ruin your day eat 2 dunkin donuts at 7am in the morning, and that will make you feel sufficiently bad to totally ruin your morning.

There is one particular employee that works at night who is just absolutely miserable to deal with. She is younger with long dark hair and you can tell she just absolutely hates when anyone comes through this establishment. I live close and would love to go there more often but she is just awful to deal with.

Employees need to smile and not show their stress and they need to clean each table after each use.
Grand opening was great to get free coupons for coffee for a whole year.
Staff should keep the out side free of trash

There was multiple employees on shift. Not one of them greeted us . And they had their backs toward us. while they talked to each other. We used the kiosk to place our order and pay. Much to our surprise, they did not have what they needed to fulfill our order. This is not the first time we have come here and Experienced poor customer service.

The worst Dunkin location ever. Employees loudly playing in the back area. At 9:10 am, no coffee was even made. Ordering on the screen it won’t take the Dunkin’ App. Finally asked an employee to get my coffee. The manager tells me “he’s not on coffee.” Unbelievable. Then she figures out my order and of course all coffee urns were empty. Absolutely a clueless store.
