I really wish fast food restaurants would get back to great service and really hot food served every order no exceptions! It's beyond annoying the weird stuff that's happening in our fast food industry! On a side note, i remember coming here to this Hardee's when it opened and it was amazing! And it beat the McDonald's across the road by a long shot! We pay a high price for fast food and i expect it to be served accordingly, this has to stop immediately! SERVE FOOD HOT AND FRESH EVERY TIME! PLEASE, PLEASE! However sometimes i can get it great but more than not something ain't right. All fast restaurants SUCK TODAY ANYMORE!!

So I'm standing in line there's only a couple in front of me and it takes over 5 minutes for them just to get their order taken but the last 2 minutes of me standing in line I've witnessed five health violations and a whole tray of flies laying on the counter in the back mixed with fries that's cross-contamination I'm not eating here you guys can get sick if you want this place needs code enforcement
Stopped here on the way home from work to grab some food. This is the third time at this restaurant that I made a special request and they told me they could do it and failed to do it. Each and every time it is a different combo meal requested on the Frisco bread and they have yet to be successful. Is it really that hard to put a different sandwich on the same bread. Or just say no, you can't do it. Why lie over and over?. Poor customer service. Poor delivery. Poor attention to detail. I will not be back.
