I moved to Myerstown not too long ago and this McDonald’s is doing the most important thing right! They are providing friendly service. Every time I go there they at least say have a good day when handing me my order and that’s more than I can say about a lot of other McDonald’s I’ve stopped at in my travels. My order has always been correct so far too, and the burgers are always very fresh. I love Myerstown because people just have basic common decency. Thank you to the staff at this location.

I would like to say on the night on Dec. 17th 2023 your night crew was an absolute blessing. My boyfriend and I were involved in a rollover car accident and 2 gentleman in particular went above and beyond to show us a little light when my world for a moment was falling apart. One offered us water, while the other ( maybe a manager) offered us a meal. Your establishment, with the employees you have, really made the biggest difference. I wish I would've really got their names because they deserve the recognition, I apologize for everything was jumbled together for me... Great job - keep making a difference.

Used the drive thru, service was excellent. Staff was courteous and the food wS fresh and hot.
Worst McDonald's on earth, not one person working there wants to be there or cares so when they give you the wrong order which they will if you tell them it's wrong they get mad and then make sure you check your food before you leave I've had everything from suspicious liquids on the food which was obviously spit all the way burgerless burgers to fries only 1/4 filled, 5 1/2 nuggets in a 20 piece and other things, do yourself a favor keep driving to Lebanon or Whomelsdorf.
